Y\u0131l\u0131n son f\u0131rsat\u0131 ile Ocak 2017\u2019de hayat\u0131n ba\u015flayaca\u011f\u0131 HEP \u0130stanbul\u2019dan Tekfen g\u00fcvencesi ve kalitesiyle ev sahibi olmak isteyenler, 31 Aral\u0131k 2016 tarihine kadar y\u00fczde 4 pe\u015fin \u00f6deme f\u0131rsat\u0131ndan yararlanabiliyor. Taksitin ve faizin olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 kampanyada, HEP \u0130stanbullular kalan tutar\u0131 evlerinde otururken 3 y\u0131l boyunca y\u0131lda bir \u00f6demeyle yapabilecek.<\/p>\n<p>Tekfen Gayrimenkul Sat\u0131\u015f, Pazarlama ve \u0130\u015f Geli\u015ftirme Koordinat\u00f6r\u00fc Emre \u00dclger, \u201cHEP \u0130stanbul\u2019da hayat\u0131n ba\u015flamas\u0131na say\u0131l\u0131 g\u00fcnler kalmas\u0131n\u0131n heyecan ve mutlulu\u011funu ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z bu g\u00fcnlerde HEP \u0130stanbullu olmak isteyenleri 2016 y\u0131l\u0131n\u0131n son f\u0131rsat\u0131 ile bulu\u015fturuyoruz. HEP \u0130stanbullular uygun \u00f6deme ko\u015fullar\u0131ndan yararlan\u0131rken yeni y\u0131l\u0131 evlerinde kar\u015f\u0131layabilecek. Ocak 2017\u2019de hayat\u0131n ba\u015flad\u0131\u011f\u0131 projemizde HEP \u0130stanbullular, yaln\u0131zca y\u00fczde 4 pe\u015finat \u00f6deyerek y\u0131l\u0131n son f\u0131rsat\u0131ndan faydalanabilecek.<\/p>\n<p>Y\u00fczde 4 pe\u015finat \u00f6deyenler kalan tutar\u0131 evlerinde otururken, 3 y\u0131l boyunca y\u0131lda bir kez olmak \u00fczere 3 e\u015fit \u00f6demeyle yapabilecekler. Tekfen b\u00fcnyesinde sunulan bu \u00f6deme plan\u0131nda faiz olmayacak. \u00d6demelerini daha erken tarihte \u00f6demek isteyenlere indirim f\u0131rsat\u0131 da sunulacak.
