T\u00fcrkiye genelinde 54 ilde kentsel d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm projeleri hayata ge\u00e7iren Toplu Konut \u0130daresi Ba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 (TOK\u0130) 2017\u2019de \u0130stanbul\u2019un d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fcne a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131k verecek. \u0130dare 13 il\u00e7ede yakla\u015f\u0131k 15 bin konutta kentsel d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm yapacak.<\/p>\n

Kentsel d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm kapsam\u0131nda bug\u00fcne kadar 54 ilde yerel y\u00f6netimlerle birlikte 70 bin konutun in\u015faat\u0131n\u0131 tamamlayan Toplu Konut \u0130daresi Ba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 (TOK\u0130) 2017 y\u0131l\u0131nda da kentsel d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131na h\u0131z kesmeden devam edecek.<\/p>\n

TOK\u0130 SAHAYA \u0130NECEK<\/h2>\n

\u0130stanbul\u2019da kentsel d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcme a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131k verilecek. \u00a0TOK\u0130 13 il\u00e7ede sahaya inecek. \u00a0B\u00f6lgelerde belirlenen mahallelerde yap\u0131lacak d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcmle yakla\u015f\u0131k 15 bin konut, deprem riskine kar\u015f\u0131 yenilenmi\u015f olacak. T\u00fcrkiye genelinde ise 54 ilde toplam 25 bin konutluk kentsel d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm projesi olacak. \u0130darenin ba\u015flayaca\u011f\u0131 kentsel d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm projeleri Avc\u0131lar, Beyo\u011flu, \u00dcsk\u00fcdar, Gaziosmanpa\u015fa, Maltepe, Esenler, G\u00fcng\u00f6ren, K\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck\u00e7ekmece, Ba\u015fak\u015fehir, Ata\u015fehir, Ba\u011fc\u0131lar, Ka\u011f\u0131thane ve Zeytinburnu olarak s\u0131ralan\u0131yor.<\/p>\n

\u0130MARSIZ KONUTA KAMPANYA<\/h2>\n

\u0130mar hakk\u0131 olmayan b\u00f6lgelerde yer alan gecekondulardaki \u00a0m\u00fclk sahiplerine sat\u0131\u015fa sunulmayan konutlar avantajl\u0131 fiyatlarla \u00f6nerilecek. Hak sahibi d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcmde yerini de\u011fi\u015ftirdi\u011finde \u00e7ok daha uygun fiyata konut sahibi olacak. \u0130mar hakk\u0131 olmayan o b\u00f6lgelerde ise herkesin faydalanaca\u011f\u0131 sosyal alanlar yap\u0131lacak.<\/p>\n

\u0130stanbul Beyo\u011flu S\u00fctl\u00fcce\u2019de yap\u0131lacak d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fcn ihalesi 12 Ocak\u2019ta yap\u0131lacak. \u00a0TOK\u0130 ve Beyo\u011flu Belediyesi i\u015fbirli\u011fi ile geli\u015ftirilen S\u00fctl\u00fcce \u00d6rnektepe Mahallesi kentsel d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm projesi iki etap halinde tamamlanacak. \u0130lk etapta 400 konut ve vatanda\u015flar\u0131n ihtiyac\u0131n\u0131n kar\u015f\u0131lanmas\u0131 i\u00e7in 16 d\u00fckk\u00e2n\u0131n in\u015fas\u0131 yap\u0131lacak. Yerinde d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcmde vatanda\u015f konutuna konut al\u0131p \u00fcst\u00fcne para \u00f6demeyecek.<\/p>\n
