Patronlar, \u201cHer \u015feye ra\u011fmen rekor k\u0131r\u0131lacak\u201d diyor.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00fcrkiye ekonomisinin bel kemi\u011fi konumundaki in\u015faat sekt\u00f6r\u00fc \u00fczerinde y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen alg\u0131 operasyonu bozuldu. Emlak sekt\u00f6runun en g\u00fcvenilir ara\u015ft\u0131rma \u015firketlerinden biri olan REIDIN&#8217;in raporu ger\u00e7ek tabloyu g\u00f6zler \u00f6nune serdi. Rapora g\u00f6re kas\u0131m ay\u0131nda Asya Yakas\u0131&#8217;nda yer alan markal\u0131 konut projelerinde y\u00fczde 0.56, Avrupa Yakas\u0131&#8217;nda yer alan markal\u0131 konut projelerinde ise fiyatlar yuzde 0.24 y\u00fckseldi. Ocak ay\u0131ndan bu yana ise Asya Yakas\u0131&#8217;ndaki projeler Avrupa&#8217;ya k\u0131yasla 8.9 puan fazla art\u0131\u015f g\u00f6sterdi. T\u00fcrkiye genelinde konut fiyatlar\u0131 kas\u0131mda bir \u00f6nceki aya g\u00f6re y\u00fczde 0.87, gecen y\u0131l\u0131n ayn\u0131 d\u00f6nemine g\u00f6re ise y\u00fczde 9.74 artt\u0131. Yeni Konut Fiyat Endeksi ise kas\u0131mda bir \u00f6nceki aya g\u00f6re y\u00fczde 0.35 art\u0131\u015f kaydetti.
