Hatta ilgili kurumlar da bu y\u00f6nde g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f bildirdi.<\/p>\n<p>Halbuki \u00f6rne\u011fin Mecidiyek\u00f6y\u2019de 50 m2\u2019lik fakat kararname \u00f6ncesi %18\u2019e tabi konutun kdv\u2019si de %8\u2019e indi. Yani 1+1 residanslardaki kdvler de %8\u2019e indirildi. Yani sonu\u00e7ta %18 oranl\u0131 bir konut teslimi kalmam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>G\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde art\u0131k konutlar\u0131n \u00e7o\u011fu 2 \u2013 3 y\u0131l s\u00fcren projeler \u00fczerinden sat\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. Teslimi bu d\u00f6neme denk gelen sat\u0131\u015flarda as\u0131l sorun \u00f6rne\u011fin 1.000.000 TL. sat\u0131\u015f bedelli projeden al\u0131nan bir konutun faturas\u0131 bu d\u00f6nemde kesilirken hali ile 80.000 TL. kdv ekleyerek 1.080.000 TL. olarak kesilecektir. Bu nedenle al\u0131c\u0131lar\u0131n 1.180.000 TL. olarak yapt\u0131klar\u0131 s\u00f6zle\u015fmede kdv oran\u0131ndaki bu d\u00fc\u015f\u00fc\u015flerden dolay\u0131 1.080.000 TL\u2019lik bir fatura kesilecek olup, konut alanlar\u0131n 100.000 TL. avantaj\u0131 olacakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Bilindi\u011fi \u00fczere kdv bir i\u015flem vergisidir ve t\u00fcm s\u00f6zle\u015fmelerde \u201cvergi oranlar\u0131nda art\u0131\u015f oldu\u011fu takdirde bu fark al\u0131c\u0131dan tahsil edilir\u201d denilmektedir.
