TOK\u0130, G\u00fcng\u00f6ren Belediyesi ile imzalad\u0131\u011f\u0131 protokolle G\u00fcng\u00f6ren Tozkoparan\u2019da dev bir kentsel d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm projesi ba\u015flat\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p>G\u00fcng\u00f6ren Belediyesi ve Toplu Konut \u0130daresi Ba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131&#8217;nca ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilen Tozkoparan kentsel d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm projesi toplamda 60 hektarl\u0131k alan\u0131 kaps\u0131yor. 5 bin 560 konut, 6 bin 436 ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z birim ve \u00a06 bin 351 hissedar\u0131n bulundu\u011fu Tozkoparan kentsel d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm projesi kapsam\u0131nda Bay\u0131nd\u0131rl\u0131k Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131&#8217;n\u0131n 1960&#8217;l\u0131 y\u0131llarda, Gecekondu \u00d6nleme Projesi ad\u0131 alt\u0131nda yapm\u0131\u015f oldu\u011fu sosyal konutlar da yer al\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n devam etti\u011fi Tozkoparan kentsel d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm projesi i\u00e7in \u00a0TOK\u0130\u00a0 taraf\u0131ndan 20 Eyl\u00fcl&#8217;de teknik dan\u0131\u015fmanl\u0131k ve hizmet al\u0131m ihalesi yap\u0131lacak. Tozkoparan kentsel d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm projesi i\u015fe ba\u015flama tarihinden 720 g\u00fcn sonra tamamlanacak.<\/p>\n<h2>Kentsel d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 sekteye u\u011framayacak<\/h2>\n<p>G\u00fcng\u00f6ren Belediye Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Y\u00fccel Karaman, \u201c\u0130l\u00e7enin merkezinde Tozkoparan Mahallesi\u2019nde TOK\u0130, B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir ve G\u00fcng\u00f6ren Belediyesi ortakl\u0131\u011f\u0131nda kentsel d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm yap\u0131lacak. Bu d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm projesi ile b\u00f6lge gecekondulardan ar\u0131nd\u0131r\u0131larak vatanda\u015flar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n daha \u00e7a\u011fda\u015f konutlarda ya\u015famas\u0131 sa\u011flanacak. Ayr\u0131ca zaman\u0131nda yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015f ama deprem y\u00f6n\u00fcnden belli riskler ta\u015f\u0131yan binalar yenilenmi\u015f olacak. Bu kentsel yenileme projesi ile yeni bir vizyon kent olu\u015fumu sa\u011flanacak.
