Hak kayb\u0131 ya\u015fanmamas\u0131 i\u00e7in<br \/>\nhukuki ad\u0131mlar\u0131n zaman\u0131nda at\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fini belirtiyor. Ortakl\u0131\u011f\u0131n giderilmesi<br \/>\ndavalar\u0131nda evinizin bedelini koruyabilmeniz i\u00e7in yaln\u0131zca evi yapm\u0131\u015f olman\u0131z yeterli<br \/>\nolmayabilir.
