Bu tablo, konut piyasas\u0131nda fiyatlar\u0131n enflasyon kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda dengelenmeye ba\u015flad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6sterirken, sekt\u00f6r temsilcileri 2026 y\u0131l\u0131nda \u00f6zellikle s\u0131f\u0131r konut sat\u0131\u015flar\u0131nda g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc bir y\u00fckseli\u015f bekliyor.<\/p>\n<h2>MasterT\u00fcrk\u2019ten 2026 Konut Sat\u0131\u015f \u00d6ng\u00f6r\u00fcs\u00fc<\/h2>\n<p>MasterT\u00fcrk Grubu Ba\u015fkan\u0131 G\u00f6khan Ta\u015f, Ocak 2026 konut verilerini de\u011ferlendirerek nominal art\u0131\u015fa ra\u011fmen reel gerilemenin daha rasyonel bir fiyatlama s\u00fcrecine i\u015faret etti\u011fini belirtti.<\/p>\n<p>Fiyat art\u0131\u015f h\u0131z\u0131n\u0131n enflasyonun alt\u0131nda kalmas\u0131n\u0131n, T\u00fcrkiye gayrimenkul sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde dengelenme s\u00fcrecinin ba\u015flang\u0131c\u0131 olarak okunabilece\u011fini ifade eden Ta\u015f, 2026 y\u0131l\u0131na ili\u015fkin beklentilerini de payla\u015ft\u0131.<\/p>\n<h2>2025\u2019te Rekor Sat\u0131\u015f: 1 Milyon 688 Bin Konut<\/h2>\n<p>Ta\u015f, 2025 y\u0131l\u0131nda konut sat\u0131\u015flar\u0131n\u0131n 1 milyon 688 bine ula\u015farak Cumhuriyet tarihinin en y\u00fcksek seviyesine \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 hat\u0131rlatt\u0131.
