T\u00fcrkiye genelinde 59 milyon 280 bin parsel, 24 milyon 724 bin ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z b\u00f6l\u00fcm ve yakla\u015f\u0131k 56 milyon malik bulundu\u011funu belirten \u00d6zelmac\u0131kl\u0131, yetki belgesi olan emlak i\u015fletmesi say\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n 88 bin, sigortal\u0131 emlak dan\u0131\u015fman\u0131 say\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n ise 110 bin oldu\u011funu aktard\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Ayl\u0131k yakla\u015f\u0131k 1,5 milyon aktif ilan bulundu\u011funu ancak bunlar\u0131n \u00f6nemli bir k\u0131sm\u0131n\u0131n yetkisiz ve m\u00fckerrer oldu\u011funu belirten \u00d6zelmac\u0131kl\u0131, 15 Mart sonras\u0131nda ilan say\u0131lar\u0131nda y\u00fczde 20 oran\u0131nda d\u00fc\u015f\u00fc\u015f beklediklerini s\u00f6yledi.<\/p>\n<p>\u00d6zelmac\u0131kl\u0131 ayr\u0131ca, devletin 2025 y\u0131l\u0131nda tapu i\u015flemlerinden elde etti\u011fi gelirin yakla\u015f\u0131k %75 oran\u0131nda artt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131, 168 milyar TL olan tapu harc\u0131 gelirinin, ger\u00e7ek de\u011fer uygulamalar\u0131yla birlikte 300\u2013400 milyar TL band\u0131na ula\u015fabilece\u011fini ifade etti.<\/p>\n<h2>\u201cDe\u011fer Bar\u0131\u015f\u0131 Olmadan Piyasa Dengelenmez\u201d<\/h2>\n<p>Toplant\u0131da \u201cde\u011fer bar\u0131\u015f\u0131\u201d kavram\u0131na dikkat \u00e7ekildi. T\u00dcGEM Y\u00f6netim Kurulu \u00dcyesi Nil\u00fcfer Kas, sat\u0131\u015f bedellerinin tapuda ger\u00e7ek de\u011ferinden g\u00f6sterilmemesinin hem piyasa dengesini bozdu\u011funu hem de devlete ciddi vergi kayb\u0131 yaratt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 vurgulad\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Kas, \u201cBug\u00fcn d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck bedel g\u00f6steriliyor gibi g\u00f6r\u00fcnse de bu durum ilerleyen y\u0131llarda m\u00fclk sahiplerinin kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131na \u00e7ok daha y\u00fcksek maliyetler olarak \u00e7\u0131k\u0131yor.
