TMB taraf\u0131ndan yay\u0131mlanan \u201cYeni K\u00fcresel D\u00fczenin Kaos Evresi\u201d ba\u015fl\u0131kl\u0131 analizde; deprem b\u00f6lgesinin yeniden imar\u0131 ve b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6l\u00e7ekli kamu yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131n\u0131n etkisiyle sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn y\u0131l genelinde ekonomiye g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc katk\u0131 sa\u011flad\u0131\u011f\u0131 ifade edildi. Ancak b\u00fcy\u00fcmenin s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilirli\u011fi konusunda belirsizliklerin devam etti\u011fi vurguland\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Raporda, y\u00fcksek finansman maliyetleri ve tasarruf tedbirleri nedeniyle k\u0131s\u0131tlanan kamu yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn; vergi tevkifat\u0131 oranlar\u0131n\u0131n d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcr\u00fclmesi, kamu projelerinde uygulaman\u0131n yayg\u0131nla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 ve kamu m\u00fcteahhitlerine tasfiye hakk\u0131 tan\u0131nmas\u0131 y\u00f6n\u00fcndeki beklentilerinin s\u00fcrd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc belirtildi. Ayr\u0131ca Kamu \u0130hale Kanunu\u2019nun yenilenmesi, kamu yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6nceliklendirilmesi ve fiyat fark\u0131 mekanizmalar\u0131n\u0131n etkinle\u015ftirilmesi taleplerinin TMB taraf\u0131ndan kamuoyunun g\u00fcndemine ta\u015f\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131 ifade edildi.<\/p>\n<h2>Yurt D\u0131\u015f\u0131 M\u00fcteahhitlik Hizmetlerinde 19,7 Milyar Dolarl\u0131k Hacim<\/h2>\n<p>Rapora g\u00f6re T\u00fcrk m\u00fcteahhitler, 2025 y\u0131l\u0131nda yurt d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda 269 proje \u00fcstlenerek toplam 19,7 milyar ABD dolar\u0131 tutar\u0131nda i\u015f hacmine ula\u015ft\u0131. 1972 y\u0131l\u0131ndan bu yana yurt d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda \u00fcstlenilen toplam proje tutar\u0131 557,3 milyar ABD dolar\u0131, proje say\u0131s\u0131 ise 12 bin 816 olarak kaydedildi. \u0130\u015f yap\u0131lan \u00fclke say\u0131s\u0131 Togo\u2019nun da eklenmesiyle 138\u2019e y\u00fckseldi.<\/p>\n<p>Buna kar\u015f\u0131n, sava\u015flar, k\u00fcresel jeopolitik gerilimler ve finansman daralmas\u0131n\u0131n etkisiyle, yurt d\u0131\u015f\u0131 m\u00fcteahhitlik hizmetlerinin 2025 performans\u0131n\u0131n 2024 y\u0131l\u0131nda ula\u015f\u0131lan 30,3 milyar ABD dolarl\u0131k seviyenin gerisinde kald\u0131\u011f\u0131 vurguland\u0131. 2025 y\u0131l\u0131nda en fazla i\u015f \u00fcstlenilen \u00fclkeler s\u0131ras\u0131yla Romanya, Irak ve T\u00fcrkmenistan oldu.<\/p>\n<h2>\u201c\u0130n\u015faat Zirvesi T\u00fcrkiye 2026\u201d \u0130\u00e7in Geri Say\u0131m Ba\u015flad\u0131<\/h2>\n<p>TMB raporunda, 17\u201318 Haziran 2026 tarihlerinde Ankara\u2019da ilk kez d\u00fczenlenecek olan \u201c\u0130n\u015faat Zirvesi T\u00fcrkiye (CST) 2026\u201d i\u00e7in haz\u0131rl\u0131k s\u00fcrecinin ba\u015flad\u0131\u011f\u0131 da duyuruldu. \u201c\u0130n\u015faat Teknolojileri ve Yenilik\u00e7i Yap\u0131 Malzemeleri\u201d temas\u0131yla ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilecek zirvenin; yerli ve yabanc\u0131 sekt\u00f6r temsilcilerini, akademisyenleri, kamu otoritelerini ve politika yap\u0131c\u0131lar\u0131 ayn\u0131 platformda bulu\u015fturmas\u0131 hedefleniyor.<\/p>\n<p>Zirve kapsam\u0131nda kurulacak stant alanlar\u0131nda firmalar; en son teknoloji \u00fcr\u00fcnlerini, s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmlerini ve yenilik\u00e7i yap\u0131 malzemelerini sergileme imk\u00e2n\u0131 bulacak.
