Sekt\u00f6rdeki bu g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc performans, 2026 y\u0131l\u0131na y\u00f6nelik toparlanma ve canlanma beklentilerini de art\u0131rd\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Luxera GYO Y\u00f6netim Kurulu Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Ramazan Ta\u015f, rekor sat\u0131\u015f rakamlar\u0131nda politika faizindeki d\u00fc\u015f\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn belirleyici rol oynad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 vurgulad\u0131.<\/p>\n<h2>Faiz \u0130ndirimi Konut Talebini Destekledi<\/h2>\n<p>Ramazan Ta\u015f, son 13 ayda politika faizinin y\u00fczde 50 seviyesinden y\u00fczde 38\u2019e gerilemesinin konut sekt\u00f6r\u00fcne do\u011frudan olumlu yans\u0131d\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirterek \u015fu de\u011ferlendirmede bulundu:<\/p>\n<p>\u201c2025 y\u0131l\u0131nda k\u0131r\u0131lan bu rekor, sekt\u00f6r\u00fcm\u00fcz a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan 2026\u2019da ya\u015fanacak g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc canlanman\u0131n ilk sinyallerini verdi. 2024 y\u0131l\u0131n\u0131n sonunda ba\u015flayan hareketlilik, 2025 boyunca devam etti ve y\u0131l sonunda 1 milyon 688 bin 910 adetlik sat\u0131\u015f rakam\u0131na ula\u015f\u0131ld\u0131.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Faiz oranlar\u0131ndaki d\u00fc\u015f\u00fc\u015fle birlikte konut kredi faizlerinin de daha eri\u015filebilir seviyelere inmeye ba\u015flad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ifade eden Ta\u015f, bu geli\u015fmenin talebi destekledi\u011fini s\u00f6yledi. Ta\u015f, \u201cMevduat ve kredi faizlerinin d\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc\u011f\u00fc d\u00f6nemlerde gayrimenkul yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131na ilgi her zaman artar. 2025\u2019te konut yeniden g\u00fcvenli liman olarak g\u00f6r\u00fclmeye ba\u015fland\u0131. Bu etkinin 2026\u2019da da devam etmesini bekliyoruz\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<h2>Aral\u0131k Ay\u0131nda Sat\u0131\u015flar Y\u00fczde 19,8 Artt\u0131<\/h2>\n<p>T\u00fcrkiye \u0130statistik Kurumu (T\u00dc\u0130K) verilerine g\u00f6re, 2025 Aral\u0131k ay\u0131nda konut sat\u0131\u015flar\u0131, bir \u00f6nceki y\u0131l\u0131n ayn\u0131 ay\u0131na k\u0131yasla y\u00fczde 19,8 artarak 254 bin 777 adet oldu.<\/p>\n<p>Ayn\u0131 d\u00f6nemde ipotekli konut sat\u0131\u015flar\u0131 y\u00fczde 25,2 art\u0131\u015fla 29 bin 149 adet olarak kaydedildi. 2025 y\u0131l\u0131 genelinde ipotekli sat\u0131\u015flar ise y\u00fczde 49,3 artarak 236 bin 668 adede ula\u015ft\u0131. Toplam sat\u0131\u015flar i\u00e7inde ipotekli konutlar\u0131n pay\u0131 Aral\u0131k ay\u0131nda y\u00fczde 11,4, y\u0131l genelinde ise y\u00fczde 14 oldu.<\/p>\n<h2>Reel Bazda D\u00fc\u015fen Fiyatlar Al\u0131c\u0131ya F\u0131rsat Sundu<\/h2>\n<p>Rekor sat\u0131\u015flarda etkili olan bir di\u011fer \u00f6nemli unsurun reel bazda gerileyen konut fiyatlar\u0131 oldu\u011funa dikkat \u00e7eken Ta\u015f, enflasyona ra\u011fmen konutun yat\u0131r\u0131m cazibesini korudu\u011funu belirtti.<\/p>\n<p>\u201c2025 y\u0131l\u0131nda enflasyon y\u00fczde 30,89 artarken, konut fiyatlar\u0131 reel bazda d\u00fc\u015f\u00fc\u015f g\u00f6sterdi.
