Zeray GYO\u2019nunhalka arz\u0131nda <span class=\"s4\">2.038.400.000 <\/span><span class=\"s4\">TL<\/span> b\u00fcy\u00fckl\u00fc\u011fe ula\u015f\u0131lmas\u0131 hedefleniyor.<\/p>\n<p class=\"s12\">Halka arzda, Zeray GYO\u2019nun \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lm\u0131\u015f sermayesinin 510 milyon TL\u2019den 626 milyon TL\u2019ye \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lmas\u0131 nedeniyle art\u0131r\u0131lacak 116 milyon TL nominal de\u011ferli pay ile ortaklar\u0131n sahip oldu\u011fu 40 milyon 800 bin TL nominal de\u011ferli pay olmak \u00fczere toplam 156 milyon 800 bin TL nominal de\u011ferli pay sat\u0131\u015fa sunulacak. Halka arz sonras\u0131 halka a\u00e7\u0131kl\u0131k oran\u0131n\u0131n ise y\u00fczde 25,05 olarak ger\u00e7ekle\u015fmesi \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcyor. Ayr\u0131ca \u015firketin kar da\u011f\u0131t\u0131m politikas\u0131 kapsam\u0131nda uzun vadeli yat\u0131r\u0131m planlar\u0131 dikkate al\u0131narak da\u011f\u0131t\u0131labilir kar\u0131n\u0131n en az y\u00fczde 50\u2019sini nakit ve\/veya pay olarak da\u011f\u0131t\u0131lmas\u0131 taahh\u00fcd\u00fc bulunuyor.<\/p>\n<p class=\"s12\">Ayr\u0131ca, \u015firket paylar\u0131n\u0131n Borsa \u0130stanbul\u2019da i\u015flem g\u00f6rmeye ba\u015flad\u0131\u011f\u0131 tarihten itibaren 1 y\u0131l boyunca Zeray GYO paylar\u0131na y\u00f6nelik olarak <a name=\"_Hlk213435532\"><\/a>h\u00e2kim ortak taraf\u0131ndan herhangi bir hisse sat\u0131\u015f\u0131 yap\u0131lmayacak ve bedelli ve bedelsiz sermaye art\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131 da d\u00e2hil olmak \u00fczere \u015firket paylar\u0131, dola\u015f\u0131mdaki pay miktar\u0131n\u0131n artmas\u0131na yol a\u00e7acak \u015fekilde sat\u0131\u015fa veya halka arza konu edilmeyecek.<\/p>\n<p class=\"s12\">Paylar\u0131n borsada i\u015flem g\u00f6rmeye ba\u015flamas\u0131ndan itibaren 15 g\u00fcn boyunca fiyat istikrar\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flay\u0131c\u0131 i\u015flemlerin yap\u0131lmas\u0131 planlan\u0131yor. Bu i\u015flemlerde h\u00e2kim ortak Zekeriya Zeray\u2019\u0131n pay sat\u0131\u015f\u0131 yoluyla elde edece\u011fi br\u00fct halka arz gelirinin tamam\u0131 ve Zeray GYO\u2019nun sermaye art\u0131\u015f\u0131 yoluyla elde edece\u011fi br\u00fct halka arz gelirinin y\u00fczde 20\u2019sinin kullan\u0131lmas\u0131 planlan\u0131yor. Bu tutar yakla\u015f\u0131k 832 milyon TL ile toplam halka arz b\u00fcy\u00fckl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fcn y\u00fczde 40,8\u2019ine tekab\u00fcl ediyor.<\/p>\n<p class=\"s17\"><span class=\"s4\">12 l\u00fcks projeden olu\u015fan 17,1 milyar TL\u2019lik portf\u00f6y de\u011feri<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"s12\"><span class=\"s13\">Zeray<\/span> <span class=\"s13\">GYO\u2019nun<\/span> 17 milyar 127 milyon 674 bin 866 TL de\u011fere sahip portf\u00f6y\u00fcnde, 12 l\u00fcks konut projesi yer al\u0131yor. Bu projelerden Esil Kartepe, Mahal Kartepe, Dora Hill, DilasaOrman, Country Akme\u015fe, Harmony City, Miracle Garden, Residence, Gazania Life 1 ve Gazania Life 2 Kocaeli\u2019de; Future Deluxe City ve Next Capital ise Ankara\u2019da yer al\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p class=\"s18\"><span class=\"s13\">Zeray GYO, yeni projelerin geli\u015ftirilmesi i\u00e7in yerine getirilmesi gereken en \u00f6nemli \u015fartlardan birisi uygun arsa temini konusunda, kamu ihaleleri de dahil olmak \u00fczere arsa sat\u0131\u015flar\u0131na ili\u015fkin ilan ve duyurular d\u00fczenli bir \u015fekilde takip ediyor.
