Riviera Montenegro projesi ile 212 residence, AVM, beach ve 144 odal\u0131 bir otel yat\u0131r\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 hayata ge\u00e7iren grup, d\u00fcnyan\u0131n en b\u00fcy\u00fck otel gruplar\u0131ndan biri olan Frans\u0131z Accor ile de i\u015fbirli\u011fine imza att\u0131. Bu kapsamda projede hayata ge\u00e7irilen 144 odal\u0131 otel ve 212 residence, Accor Grubu\u2019nun en g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc markalar\u0131ndan biri olan Swiss\u00f4tel markas\u0131yla i\u015fletilecek. B\u00f6ylece Swiss\u00f4tel Moskova, Amsterdam, \u0130stanbul, Bern, Bodrum, \u015eikago, Berlin ve Singapur\u2019un yan\u0131 s\u0131ra \u015fimdi de Budva\u2019da misafirlerini a\u011f\u0131rlamaya ba\u015flayacak. 2027 y\u0131l\u0131nda t\u00fcm birimleriyle hizmete girecek olan proje, Karada\u011f\u2019\u0131n marka de\u011ferini de y\u00fckseltecek.<\/p>\n<p>125 M\u0130LYON EUROLUK YATIRIMLA<br \/>\n300 M\u0130LYON EUROLUK EKONOM\u0130K DE\u011eER<\/h4>\n<p>Frans\u0131z Accor Grubu ve Mia Investment aras\u0131nda hayata ge\u00e7irilen i\u015fbirli\u011finin imza t\u00f6reni 14 Ekim\u2019de \u0130stanbul\u2019da ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirildi. T\u00f6rende konu\u015fan Mia Investment Y\u00f6netim Kurulu \u00fcyesi Murat Kader, Karada\u011f&#8217;\u0131n Avrupa Birli\u011fi\u2019ne (AB) \u00fcyelik m\u00fczakerelerinde son a\u015famaya ge\u00e7ti\u011fine dikkati \u00e7ekerek, \u201cT\u00fcrk firmalar\u0131n\u0131n gayrimenkul geli\u015ftirmedeki y\u00fcksek standartlar\u0131n\u0131 Avrupa co\u011frafyas\u0131na yayma ideali ile Mia Investment firmas\u0131n\u0131 kurduk.
