Ayn\u0131 d\u00f6nemde T\u00fcrkler ise yurtd\u0131\u015f\u0131ndan 1,1 milyar dolarl\u0131k emlak ald\u0131. Gayrimenkul Hizmet \u0130hracat\u00e7\u0131lar\u0131 Derne\u011fi (G\u0130GDER) Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Bayram Tek\u00e7e, \u201c5-10 y\u0131l \u00f6nce y\u0131ll\u0131k 130 milyon dolar seviyesinde yurtd\u0131\u015f\u0131ndan al\u0131m yapan T\u00fcrkler, art\u0131k bu rakam\u0131n iki kat\u0131n\u0131 ayda ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftiriyor. Aradaki makas hi\u00e7 bu kadar daralmam\u0131\u015ft\u0131. Bununla birlikte T\u00fcrklerin yurtd\u0131\u015f\u0131ndaki in\u015faat yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131 da 5 kat artt\u0131. Yurtd\u0131\u015f\u0131na giden T\u00fcrkleri yakalamak, durgun piyasaya kar\u015f\u0131 alternatif olu\u015fturmak isteyen T\u00fcrk in\u015faat \u015firketlerinin yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131 da ilk 5 ayda 249 milyon dolar oldu. Bu rakam ge\u00e7en y\u0131l ilk 5 ayda 47 milyon dolar seviyesindeydi. Gayrimenkul Hizmet \u0130hracat\u00e7\u0131lar\u0131 Derne\u011fi (G\u0130GDER) Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Bayram Tek\u00e7e, konuya ili\u015fkin yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 de\u011ferlendirmede, yabanc\u0131lar\u0131n T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;deki konut yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131n\u0131n son 2 y\u0131ld\u0131r gerilemeye devam etti\u011fini s\u00f6yledi. Buna ra\u011fmen T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;de ya\u015fayan T\u00fcrklerin yurt d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 konut yat\u0131r\u0131m\u0131nda rekorlar\u0131n k\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 dile getiren Tek\u00e7e, s\u00f6zlerini \u015f\u00f6yle s\u00fcrd\u00fcrd\u00fc: &#8220;2024 y\u0131l\u0131nda T\u00fcrklerin yurt d\u0131\u015f\u0131ndaki konut yat\u0131r\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n 2023&#8217;e g\u00f6re yakla\u015f\u0131k y\u00fczde 50 art\u0131\u015fla 3 milyar dolara ula\u015fmas\u0131 bekleniyor. Mesela 17 senedir T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;de ikamet eden Norve\u00e7li emekli bir \u00e7ift ikametleri uzat\u0131lmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;deki evlerini terk etmek zorunda kal\u0131p M\u0131s\u0131r&#8217;dan ev ald\u0131lar.
