NielsenIQ T\u00fcrkiye ile birlikte yap\u0131lan ve her \u00fc\u00e7 ayda bir sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn tepe y\u00f6neticilerinden elde edilen verilerle ortaya \u00e7\u0131kan beklenti anketi, konut sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde var olan durumu ve geli\u015fmelerin y\u00f6n\u00fcn\u00fc ortaya koyuyor.<br \/>\nAnketin 2024 y\u0131l\u0131 ikinci \u00e7eyre\u011fini olu\u015fturan Haziran sonu\u00e7lar\u0131na g\u00f6re, kredili konut sat\u0131\u015f beklentisinde tablo olumluya d\u00f6n\u00fcyor. Konut kredisi faizlerinin artmayaca\u011f\u0131 ve buna paralel olarak kredili konut sat\u0131\u015flar\u0131nda art\u0131\u015f ya\u015fanaca\u011f\u0131 beklentisi \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131km\u0131\u015f durumda. Y\u0131l\u0131n ilk \u00e7eyre\u011finde kredili sat\u0131\u015flar azalacak diyen \u00fcyelerin oran\u0131 y\u00fczde 68.2 iken, Haziran d\u00f6neminde bu oran b\u00fcy\u00fck bir d\u00fc\u015f\u00fc\u015fle y\u00fczde 4,5\u2019e gerilemi\u015f durumda.
