B\u00f6ylece kamu aya\u011f\u0131 da kurulmakta olan \u0130FM projesi ya\u015fam enerjisine kavu\u015fuyor.<br \/>\nProjenin \u00e7evre dostu sertifika dan\u0131\u015fman\u0131 Altensis Kurucu Orta\u011f\u0131 Berkay Somal\u0131, \u0130FM projesinin \u00e7evre dostu ye\u015fil bina standartlar\u0131 ile de \u00e7ok konu\u015fulaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirterek \u201cFinans Merkezi&#8217;nin ye\u015fil bina standartlar\u0131, paray\u0131 y\u00f6netenlere tasarruf yapt\u0131racak\u201d diye konu\u015ftu.<br \/>\nMimarisi Tarihe, Standartlar\u0131 Gelece\u011fe D\u00f6n\u00fck Proje<\/p>\n<p>Mimarisinde \u00f6zg\u00fcn izler ta\u015f\u0131yan proje, k\u00fcresel \u0131s\u0131nmaya kar\u015f\u0131 \u00f6nlem olarak geli\u015ftirilen ye\u015fil bina standartlar\u0131 ile gelecek y\u00fczy\u0131llara selam veriyor.<br \/>\nAltensis Kurucu Orta\u011f\u0131 Berkay Somal\u0131, Istanbul&#8217;un binlerce y\u0131ld\u0131r medeniyet merkezi olmas\u0131 ile tarihe d\u00f6n\u00fck bir y\u00fcz\u00fc olan projenin ye\u015fil bina standartlar\u0131 ile de gelece\u011fe d\u00f6n\u00fck bir y\u00fcz\u00fcn\u00fcn oldu\u011funu belirterek \u015funlar\u0131 s\u00f6yledi:<br \/>\nBerkay Somal\u0131 \u201c\u0130stanbul Finans Merkezi&#8217;ndeki binalar, \u00e7evreci \u00f6zelliklerini Leed Gold (alt\u0131n) sertifikas\u0131yla tescilleme s\u00fcrecindeler. Bu \u00f6zel projelere Altensis \u00e7evre dostu ye\u015fil bir yerle\u015fke olabilmesi i\u00e7in dan\u0131\u015fmanl\u0131k veriyor. Altensis olarak sadece \u0130FM&#8217;de 2 milyar USD&#8217;lik proje portf\u00f6y\u00fcn\u00fcn ye\u015fil bina dan\u0131\u015fmanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ve LEED sertifika s\u00fcreci y\u00f6netimini ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftiriyoruz\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2 bin kW&#8217;lik Yenilenebilir Enerji Kapasitesi<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Master planlar\u0131nda belirtilen en az %1&#8217;lik yenilenebilir enerji hedefine istinaden \u0130stanbul Finans Merkezi projesi tamamland\u0131\u011f\u0131nda yakla\u015f\u0131k olarak toplam 2.000 kW kurulu g\u00fcc\u00fcnde yenilenebilir enerji kapasitesine sahip olacak. Bu anlamda, yenilenebilir enerjiyi ve enerji verimlili\u011fini \u00f6nceliklendiren \u015fekilde tasarlanan \u0130stanbul Finans Merkezi projesi sonu\u00e7land\u0131\u011f\u0131nda en az % 30 oran\u0131nda enerji ve su verimlili\u011fi sa\u011flayacak.<br \/>\nBerkay Somal\u0131, merkezin in\u015faat\u0131 s\u00fcresince yenilenebilir enerji kaynaklar\u0131n\u0131n kullan\u0131m\u0131, gri su ve ya\u011fmur sular\u0131n\u0131n toplanarak yeniden de\u011ferlendirilmesi, ye\u015fil alanlar\u0131n artt\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131, yerel ve adapte olmu\u015f az su t\u00fcketen bitki se\u00e7imleri, ge\u00e7irgen sert zemin kaplamalar\u0131 kullan\u0131lmas\u0131, in\u015faat kirlili\u011finin \u00f6nlenmesi i\u00e7in gerekli \u00f6nlemlerin al\u0131nmas\u0131, at\u0131klar\u0131n geri kazan\u0131m\u0131, s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir malzeme kullan\u0131m\u0131, uluslararas\u0131 standartlara uygun havaland\u0131rma sistemlerinin tesisi, g\u00fcn\u0131\u015f\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan faydalanma gibi kaynak verimlili\u011fi ve insan sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131na y\u00f6nelik \u00e7evre dostu stratejilerin kullan\u0131laca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirtti.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00c7evreye de \u00c7al\u0131\u015fana da Dost Bir Proje Olacak<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>S\u00f6zkonusu \u00e7evre dostu binalar d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck i\u015fletme ve bak\u0131m giderlerine sahip bulunuyor.
