GYF say\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n 2024 y\u0131l\u0131 sonunda 200\u2019\u00fcn \u00fczerine \u00e7\u0131kmas\u0131 bekleniyor. 2022 ve 2023 y\u0131llar\u0131n\u0131n GYF\u2019ler a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan b\u00fcy\u00fcme y\u0131l\u0131 oldu\u011funu s\u00f6yleyen GYODER GYF Komitesi Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Berna Sema Yi\u011fit Sevindi, \u201cGYF\u2019ler \u00f6n\u00fcm\u00fczdeki y\u0131llarda da daralan gayrimenkul sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcn tekrar a\u00e7\u0131lmas\u0131 ve canlanmas\u0131 i\u00e7in \u00f6nemli bir rol oynayacakt\u0131r\u201d diye konu\u015ftu.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Gayrimenkul Yat\u0131r\u0131m Fonlar\u0131 (GYF) Tebli\u011fi 2014 y\u0131l\u0131nda \u00e7\u0131km\u0131\u015f olmas\u0131na ra\u011fmen, GYF\u2019ler ge\u00e7ti\u011fimiz son iki y\u0131lda olmas\u0131 gereken talebi ve b\u00fcy\u00fckl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc g\u00f6rd\u00fc.&nbsp;2022 y\u0131l\u0131n\u0131n sonunda, ihra\u00e7 edilmi\u015f olan 95 adet gayrimenkul yat\u0131r\u0131m fonunun b\u00fcy\u00fckl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc yakla\u015f\u0131k 29,2 milyar TL iken 2023 y\u0131l sonu itibari ile ihra\u00e7 edilmi\u015f 134 adet gayrimenkul yat\u0131r\u0131m fonu ile y\u00f6netilen portf\u00f6y b\u00fcy\u00fckl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc yakla\u015f\u0131k 68 milyar TL\u2019 ye ula\u015ft\u0131. 2023 y\u0131l\u0131nda GYF b\u00fcy\u00fckl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc bir \u00f6nceki y\u0131la g\u00f6re y\u00fczde 133 artt\u0131.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u0130hra\u00e7 edilmi\u015f fon say\u0131lar\u0131 g\u00f6z \u00f6n\u00fcnde bulunduruldu\u011funda ba\u015fta Re-Pie Portf\u00f6y Y\u00f6netimi A.\u015e. olmak \u00fczere Albaraka Portf\u00f6y Y\u00f6netimi A.\u015e., 24 Gayrimenkul ve Giri\u015fim Sermayesi Portf\u00f6y Y\u00f6netimi A.\u015e., Neo Portf\u00f6y Y\u00f6netimi A.\u015e. ve Nurol Portf\u00f6y Y\u00f6netimi A.\u015e. toplamda 82 gayrimenkul yat\u0131r\u0131m fonu ile listenin \u00fcst k\u0131sm\u0131nda yer ald\u0131lar.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Y\u00f6netilen portf\u00f6ylerin b\u00fcy\u00fckl\u00fcklerine bak\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda ise Re-Pie Portf\u00f6y Y\u00f6netimi A.\u015e. ba\u015fta olmak \u00fczere Albaraka ve \u0130\u015f Portf\u00f6y Y\u00f6netimi A.\u015e. piyasa b\u00fcy\u00fckl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fcn yakla\u015f\u0131k yar\u0131s\u0131na (yakla\u015f\u0131k 30 milyar TL) sahip oldular.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>2024\u2019TE HEDEF 200 GYF<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2024 y\u0131l\u0131nda \u015fah\u0131slara (tam m\u00fckellef yerli ki\u015fi) y\u00f6nelik vergi istisnalar\u0131n\u0131n da devam etmesiyle 1.635 olan GYF yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131s\u0131 say\u0131s\u0131nda art\u0131\u015f bekleniyor. Konut \u00fcretimine ve kentsel d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm s\u00fcre\u00e7lerine katk\u0131 sa\u011flamas\u0131 beklenen Proje Gayrimenkul Yat\u0131r\u0131m Fonu d\u00fczenlemesinin de yak\u0131n zamanda hayata ge\u00e7mesiyle birlikte GYF say\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n 2024 y\u0131l\u0131 sonunda 200\u2019\u00fcn \u00fczerinde olmas\u0131 bekleniyor.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">GYF say\u0131s\u0131 ve b\u00fcy\u00fckl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcndeki art\u0131\u015f\u0131 de\u011ferlendiren GYODER GYF Komitesi Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Berna Sema Yi\u011fit Sevindi, \u201c2022 ve 2023 y\u0131llar\u0131 GYF\u2019ler a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan b\u00fcy\u00fcme y\u0131l\u0131 oldu. \u0130hra\u00e7 belgesi onaylanm\u0131\u015f olan GYF say\u0131s\u0131 2022 y\u0131l\u0131 sonunda 95 iken bu say\u0131 2023 y\u0131l\u0131 sonunda 134\u2019e ula\u015fm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.
