Bu nedenle de konut \u00fcretimi yava\u015fl\u0131yor, yeni konut say\u0131s\u0131 artm\u0131yor. Resmi veriler bize T\u00fcrklerin son bir y\u0131lda yurt d\u0131\u015f\u0131 yat\u0131r\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n y\u00fczde 163 artt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6steriyor. 10 y\u0131l \u00f6nce yurtd\u0131\u015f\u0131ndan konut almak i\u00e7in harcanan rakam 130 milyon dolar iken, bug\u00fcn bu rakam\u0131n 22 kat artt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fcyoruz. \u00d6zellikle Miami, Dubai ve Londra gibi \u015fehirlerde T\u00fcrklerin gayrimenkul al\u0131m\u0131 dikkat \u00e7ekici bir seviyeye geldi\u201d diye konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cUzun kredi vadeleri cazip geliyor\u201d<br \/>\n\u0130hsan \u00c7ulhal\u0131k, d\u0131\u015f \u00fclkelerde konut alman\u0131n gelecekte yurt d\u0131\u015f\u0131 planlar\u0131 olanlar i\u00e7in cazip bir se\u00e7enek olarak g\u00f6r\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc dile getirdi. \u00c7ulhal\u0131k \u201cEv sahibi olmak isteyenler T\u00fcrkiye\u2019deki y\u00fcksek gayrimenkul fiyatlar\u0131 nedeniyle kendilerine alternatifler yarat\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p>Yurt d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda ya\u015fama plan\u0131 olanlar, \u00e7ocuklar\u0131n\u0131n e\u011fitimi i\u00e7in yurt d\u0131\u015f\u0131na yerle\u015fmeyi d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnenler ya da d\u00f6vizle kira getirisi sa\u011flamak isteyenler i\u00e7in yurt d\u0131\u015f\u0131ndan gayrimenkul almak son derece cazip bir hale geldi. Ayr\u0131ca baz\u0131 \u00fclkelerin gayrimenkul alanlara oturum izni vermesi de te\u015fvik edici bir etken oluyor.
