Toplamda 4 milyar TL\u2019lik portf\u00f6ye sahip Luxera, halka arzdan elde edece\u011fi geliri yeni yat\u0131r\u0131mlarda kullanacak. Arz s\u00fcrecinde paylar\u0131n %25\u2019inin bireysel yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131lara da\u011f\u0131t\u0131lmas\u0131 hedefleniyor.<\/p>\n<p>Gayrimenkul sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcn lokomotif markalar\u0131ndan Luxera, halka arz olmak i\u00e7in d\u00fc\u011fmeye bast\u0131. Kuruldu\u011fu 2015 y\u0131l\u0131ndan itibaren \u201cUla\u015f\u0131labilir L\u00fcks\u201d stratejisiyle hareket eden Luxera, \u015firket paylar\u0131n\u0131n halka arz\u0131 kapsam\u0131nda Sermaye Piyasas\u0131 Kurulu\u2019na ba\u015fvuruda bulundu.<\/p>\n<h2>S\u00dcRD\u00dcR\u00dcLEB\u0130L\u0130R B\u00dcY\u00dcME \u0130\u00c7\u0130N DEV ADIM<\/h2>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-45198\" src=\"https:\/\/emlaktuel.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/IMG_20231206_203720.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1080\" height=\"696\"><\/p>\n<p>G\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc \u00f6z sermayesi ve yenilik\u00e7i vizyonuyla \u0130stanbul\u2019un \u00f6nemli b\u00f6lgelerinde projeler \u00fcreten ve hali haz\u0131rda aktif 3 projeyi devam ettiren Luxera Gayrimenkul Y\u00f6netim Kurulu Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Ramazan Ta\u015f \u201cLuxera Gayrimenkul olarak yurt i\u00e7i ve yurt d\u0131\u015f\u0131 olmak \u00fczere bug\u00fcne kadar toplam 2 bin 500 konutu hayata ge\u00e7irdik ve sahiplerine teslim ettik. Yine bu projelerimizde 200 adet ticari \u00fcniteye yer verdik. Hali haz\u0131rda devam eden projelerimiz ve planlad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131m\u0131z var. Kurum olarak sahip oldu\u011fumuz tecr\u00fcbeyi, gelecek hedeflerimizle birle\u015ftirerek b\u00fcy\u00fcmek istiyoruz. Bu noktada \u015firket olarak ald\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z karar neticesinde halka arz olmak i\u00e7in gerekli haz\u0131rl\u0131klar\u0131 yapt\u0131k ve SPK\u2019ya ba\u015fvurduk. Luxera Gayrimenkul bug\u00fcn toplamda 4 milyar TL de\u011ferinde portf\u00f6ye sahip. Halka arz s\u00fcreciyle buradan elde etti\u011fimiz gelirleri, halka arz s\u00fcreciyle birlikte \u015firketimize ortak olacak olan halk\u0131m\u0131zla payla\u015fmak istiyoruz. S\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir b\u00fcy\u00fcme arzumuzla att\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z halka arz ad\u0131m\u0131, \u015firketimizi \u00e7ok daha ileriye ta\u015f\u0131yacak\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<h2>HALKA ARZ GEL\u0130R\u0130YLE YEN\u0130 YATIRIMLAR YAPACAK<\/h2>\n<p>Bug\u00fcne kadar y\u00fczlerce aileyi ev sahibi yapan Luxera Gayrimenkul, halka arz s\u00fcrecinde elde edilen gelirin belli bir b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcn\u00fc yeni yat\u0131r\u0131mlar i\u00e7in kullanacak. S\u00fcre\u00e7le ilgili \u00f6nemli bilgiler aktaran Luxera Gayrimenkul Y\u00f6netim Kurulu Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Ramazan Ta\u015f \u201cKurum olarak halka arz s\u00fcrecinde elde edece\u011fimiz geliri mevcut ve yeni yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131m\u0131zda kullanaca\u011f\u0131z. \u015eirket olarak bug\u00fcne kadar 4 Milyar TL yat\u0131r\u0131m yapt\u0131k.
