Buna g\u00f6re T\u00fcketici fiyat<\/p>\n<p>endeksi y\u0131ll\u0131k %61,36, ayl\u0131k %3,43 oldu. T\u00dcFE ana harcama gruplar\u0131na g\u00f6re ayl\u0131k de\u011fi\u015fim oranlar\u0131na bak\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda ise konut fiyatlar\u0131 en fazla fiyat\u0131 artan ikinci grup oldu. Ayl\u0131k bazda konut fiyatlar\u0131 ekim ay\u0131nda y\u00fczde 7,54 art\u0131\u015f g\u00f6sterdi. Konut fiyat\u0131ndaki art\u0131\u015f\u0131 de\u011ferlendiren Gayrimenkul Uzman\u0131 G\u00fclcan Alt\u0131nay, \u201cKonut fiyatlar\u0131n enflasyonun \u00fczerinde art\u0131yor fakat konut sat\u0131\u015flar\u0131 da d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcyor, \u00e7\u00fcnk\u00fc ger\u00e7ek fiyatlar bu fiyatlar de\u011fil ilanlarda ki fiyatlar ger\u00e7ekli\u011fi yans\u0131tm\u0131yor piyasada bu fiyatlar \u00fczerinden al\u0131c\u0131 yok. \u0130lan say\u0131lar\u0131 artt\u0131 fakat sat\u0131\u015flar geriledi\u201d yorumunu yapt\u0131.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>\u201c\u0130\u015e YERLER\u0130NE K\u0130RA ARTI\u015e ORANI Y\u00dcZDE 54,26 OLDU\u201d<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Ekim ay\u0131 enflasyonuyla beraber kira art\u0131\u015f oranlar\u0131 da belli oldu. Konut d\u0131\u015f\u0131 i\u015f yerleri i\u00e7in ayl\u0131k kira art\u0131\u015f oran\u0131 y\u00fczde 54,26 oldu. Y\u00fczde 25 kira s\u0131n\u0131rlamas\u0131n\u0131n sekt\u00f6r\u00fc olumsuz etkiledi\u011fini s\u00f6yleyen G\u00fclcan Alt\u0131nay, \u201cKira oranlar\u0131ndaki s\u0131n\u0131rlamadan dolay\u0131 konut sat\u0131\u015flar\u0131 da al\u0131c\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 bulam\u0131yor. S\u0131f\u0131r konutlarda \u015fu an zaten arzda bir s\u0131k\u0131nt\u0131 ya\u015f\u0131yoruz. Ayl\u0131k dolay\u0131s\u0131yla ikinci el konutta da genelde kirac\u0131l\u0131 oldu\u011fu i\u00e7in m\u00fc\u015fteriler kirac\u0131l\u0131 konutta almak istemedi\u011fi i\u00e7in konut sat\u0131\u015flar\u0131 ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilemiyor fiyatlar artsa da sat\u0131\u015flar yok\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>\u201cKONUT \u00dcRET\u0130M\u0130 ARTMADAN SORUN \u00c7\u00d6Z\u00dcLMEZ\u201d<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Konut \u00fcretiminin olmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fi d\u00fczeyde olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n alt\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7izen Alt\u0131nay, \u201cT\u00fcrkiye\u2019de y\u0131ll\u0131k konut<\/p>\n<p>\u00fcretimi 1 milyon adet olmas\u0131 gereken yerde \u015fu an 600-700.000 adet \u00fcretiliyor.
