T\u00dc\u0130K verileri g\u00f6steriyor ki eyl\u00fcl ay\u0131nda ger\u00e7ekle\u015fen konut sat\u0131\u015f\u0131nda ve ipotekli konut sat\u0131\u015f\u0131nda azalma var. \u00d6yle ki eyl\u00fcl ay\u0131nda T\u00fcrkiye genelinde ger\u00e7ekle\u015fen konut sat\u0131\u015f\u0131, bir y\u0131l \u00f6ncesine g\u00f6re y\u00fczde 9,5 azal\u0131rken ipotekli konut sat\u0131\u015f\u0131 da y\u00fczde 50,2 oran\u0131nda azald\u0131.
