{"id":43635,"date":"2023-09-07T12:08:06","date_gmt":"2023-09-07T09:08:06","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/emlaktuel.com\/?p=43635"},"modified":"2023-09-07T12:08:06","modified_gmt":"2023-09-07T09:08:06","slug":"zorunlu-afet-sigortasi-esya-hasarini-da-odeyecek","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/emlaktuel.com\/?p=43635","title":{"rendered":"Zorunlu Afet Sigortas\u0131 E\u015fya Hasar\u0131n\u0131 da \u00d6deyecek"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Zorunlu Afet Sigortas\u0131 E\u015fya Hasar\u0131n\u0131 da \u00d6deyecek<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Steel Sigorta ve Brokerl\u0131k CEO\u2019su Abdullah \u00d6zcan, Sigortac\u0131l\u0131k ve \u00d6zel Emeklilik D\u00fczenleme ve Denetleme Kurumu (SEDDK) taraf\u0131ndan ge\u00e7en ay yap\u0131lan bir d\u00fczenleme ile Zorunlu Deprem Sigortas\u0131\u2019n\u0131n (ZDS) yerini, Zorunlu Afet Sigortas\u0131\u2019na (ZAS) b\u0131rakaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yledi. \u00d6zcan, yeni d\u00fczenlemeyle hem depremi hem de seli teminat alt\u0131na alacak ZAS\u2019\u0131n kapsam\u0131na konuttaki e\u015fyalar\u0131n da dahil olaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ve sigortal\u0131n\u0131n ek olarak konut paket sigortas\u0131 alma maliyetinden kurtulaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yledi.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Yeni d\u00fczenlemede i\u015f yerleri ve sanayi kesimine y\u00f6nelik deprem sigortas\u0131 \u015fartlar\u0131nda da \u00f6nemli de\u011fi\u015fiklikler yap\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131na de\u011finen \u00d6zcan, i\u015f yerleri i\u00e7in 400 bin lira olan sigorta bedelinin de 2 milyar liraya y\u00fckseltildi\u011fini belirtti.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de her y\u0131l ortalama 200\u2019\u00fcn \u00fczerinde sel ve su bask\u0131n\u0131 ya\u015fan\u0131yor. \u00d6nceki y\u0131l Sinop, Bart\u0131n ve Kastamonu\u2019daki sel felaketi 590 milyon liran\u0131n \u00fczerinde bir hasara neden oldu. Sigorta sekt\u00f6r\u00fc bu hasar\u0131n yaln\u0131zca y\u00fczde 18\u2019ini \u00f6dedi. Yani hasar\u0131n y\u00fczde 80\u2019lere ula\u015fan k\u0131sm\u0131 sigortas\u0131zd\u0131. Deprem gibi sel hasarlar\u0131n\u0131n da ekonomiye y\u00fck\u00fcn\u00fc hafifletmek amac\u0131yla SEDDK\u2019n\u0131n uzunca bir s\u00fcredir \u00fczerinde \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 b\u00fct\u00fcnc\u00fcl afet sigortas\u0131 projesinde son ad\u0131mlar at\u0131lmaya ba\u015fland\u0131. DASK kapsam\u0131ndaki zorunlu deprem sigortas\u0131, yerini Zorunlu Afet Sigortas\u0131\u2019na b\u0131rak\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p>\u00d6ng\u00f6r\u00fclen de\u011fi\u015fikliklerle birlikte Zorunlu Deprem Sigortas\u0131\u2019n\u0131n yerini, Zorunlu Afet Sigortas\u0131\u2019na b\u0131rakaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yleyen Steel Sigorta ve Brokerl\u0131k CEO\u2019su Abdullah \u00d6zcan, sistemin sigortal\u0131lar i\u00e7in \u00e7ok daha avantajl\u0131 hale getirildi\u011fine i\u015faret ederken \u015f\u00f6yle dedi:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cDASK hem depremi hem de seli teminat alt\u0131na alacak. D\u00fczenlemeyle birlikte ZAS\u2019\u0131n teminat kapsam\u0131na, konuttaki e\u015fyalar da dahil olacak. ZDS\u2019de sadece konut sigortaland\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in sigortal\u0131lar e\u015fyalar\u0131n\u0131 sigorta korumas\u0131na almak i\u00e7in de ayr\u0131ca konut paket poli\u00e7esi sat\u0131n almak durumunda kal\u0131yorlard\u0131. Bu da sigortal\u0131ya ek bir maliyet getiriyordu. Yaln\u0131z burada ufak bir detay var, sigortalanan konutta e\u015fyan\u0131n da sigorta kapsam\u0131nda olmas\u0131 i\u00e7in kirac\u0131l\u0131k \u015fart\u0131 aranacak. Bir di\u011fer \u00f6nemli nokta, Zorunlu Deprem Sigortas\u0131 olmayan konuta konut paket poli\u00e7esi kapsam\u0131nda deprem teminat\u0131 verilmeyecek. B\u00f6ylelikle sigorta \u015firketi, DASK sigorta bedelinin \u00fczerindeki hasardan sorumlu olacak.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>SEDDK\u2019n\u0131n yeni \u015fartlara g\u00f6re yay\u0131nlad\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00f6rnek tabloya da de\u011finen \u00d6zcan, \u201cKonut sigorta bedeli 1 milyon 200 bin lira ve DASK teminat tutar\u0131 300 bin lira olan birinci derece deprem b\u00f6lgesindeki bir konutun sigorta bedeli 900 bin lira olacak ve bunun i\u00e7in sigortal\u0131 1.692 lira prim \u00f6deyecek\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<p>Yeni d\u00fczenlemeyle teminatlar\u0131n da y\u00fckselece\u011fini kaydeden \u00d6zcan, s\u00f6zlerini \u015f\u00f6yle s\u00fcrd\u00fcrd\u00fc:<\/p>\n<p>\u201c\u015eu anda DASK\u2019\u0131n birim metrekare bedeli 3 bin 16 lira. DASK 100 metrekarelik bir konut i\u00e7in ortalama 301 bin 600 lira teminat veriyor. En y\u00fcksek teminat tutar\u0131 ise 640 bin lira. Yeni d\u00fczenlemeyle 100 metrekarelik bir konut i\u00e7in DASK\u2019\u0131n \u00f6deyece\u011fi tutar 603 bin lira olacak. En y\u00fcksek teminat tutar\u0131 ise 1 milyon 280 bin lira olarak g\u00fcncellenecek. Di\u011fer taraftan DASK poli\u00e7esi de enflasyona endeksli olacak. T\u00dcFE\u2019ye g\u00f6re her ay belirlenen enflasyon oran\u0131nda sigortal\u0131 konutun bedeli de artm\u0131\u015f olacak. Ancak bu art\u0131\u015f prime yans\u0131mayacak, sigortal\u0131 ZAS\u2019\u0131 yapt\u0131r\u0131rken bir kere \u00f6deyecek. Poli\u00e7e yenilemelerinde g\u00fcncel tutardan \u00f6deme yapacak. DASK poli\u00e7esi enflasyona endeksli olaca\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in de zeyilname sorunu ya\u015fanmayacak. Kahramanmara\u015f depreminde sigorta \u015firketleri ile sigortal\u0131lar aras\u0131ndaki en b\u00fcy\u00fck sorunlar da burada ya\u015fand\u0131. Zeyilname yapt\u0131ranlar hasarlar\u0131n\u0131 artan teminatlar \u00fczerinden al\u0131rken yapt\u0131rmayanlar eski tutarlar \u00fczerinden yani daha d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck \u00f6deme ald\u0131lar.\u201d<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Muafiyet alarak priminizi d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcrebilirsiniz<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Yeni sistemde konutlara yap\u0131lan deprem sigortas\u0131nda sigorta \u015firketlerinin y\u00fczde 2 oran\u0131nda muafiyet uygulayabileceklerine de dikkat \u00e7eken \u00d6zcan \u201cYani olu\u015fabilecek hasar\u0131n belli bir tutar\u0131n\u0131 sigortal\u0131 \u00fcstlenebilecek. Muafiyet y\u00fczdesi art\u0131k\u00e7a sigorta \u015firketleri de primde indirim yapacak. \u00d6rne\u011fin, sigortal\u0131 y\u00fczde 10 muafiyet isterse sigorta \u015firketi fiyatta y\u00fczde 35\u2019lere varan bir indirim uygulayacak. Bu nedenle k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck hasarlar\u0131n belli bir tutar\u0131n\u0131 sigortal\u0131 \u00fcstlenirse daha az prim \u00f6deme \u015fans\u0131na sahip olacak\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<p>Yeni d\u00fczenlemede i\u015f yerleri ve sanayi kesimine y\u00f6nelik deprem sigortas\u0131 \u015fartlar\u0131nda da \u00f6nemli de\u011fi\u015fiklikler yap\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yleyen \u00d6zcan, i\u015f yerleri i\u00e7in 400 bin lira olan sigorta bedeli limitinin 1 A\u011fustos\u2019tan itibaren 2 milyar liraya y\u00fckseltildi\u011fini kaydetti.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Poli\u00e7e art\u0131\u015f h\u0131z\u0131 d\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Kahramanmara\u015f depremlerinin \u00f6ncesinde T\u00fcrkiye genelindeki konutlar\u0131n y\u00fczde 55.10\u2019u DASK poli\u00e7esi yapt\u0131rm\u0131\u015fken bug\u00fcn sigortal\u0131l\u0131k oran\u0131n\u0131n y\u00fczde 58.70\u2019e \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirten \u00d6zcan, \u201cDeprem \u00f6ncesinde T\u00fcrkiye genelindeki 20 milyon konuttan 11 milyonu zorunlu deprem sigortal\u0131yken bug\u00fcn 11.7 milyon konut sigortalanm\u0131\u015f durumda. Sigortal\u0131l\u0131k oran\u0131n\u0131n en fazla Do\u011fu Anadolu\u2019da artt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fcyoruz. Do\u011fu Anadolu\u2019da 868 bin konuttan 442 bini sigortal\u0131yken bug\u00fcn sigortal\u0131 konut say\u0131s\u0131 498 bine y\u00fckselmi\u015f durumda. Ancak son aylarda poli\u00e7e sat\u0131\u015f\u0131nda azalma var.
