T\u00fcketiciler, ikinci ev al\u0131m\u0131nda eskiye g\u00f6re y\u00fczde 75 daha az kredi kullanabilecek.&nbsp;Konut kredilerinde, ki\u015finin kendi \u00fczerine, e\u015fine veya 18 ya\u015f alt\u0131 \u00e7ocuklar\u0131na ait en az 1 m\u00fclk olmas\u0131 halinde, konut kredileri&nbsp;%75&nbsp;oran\u0131nda daralt\u0131lacak. Konut almak isteyenler i\u00e7in eksper de\u011ferinin&nbsp;%90\u2019\u0131 kadar\u0131na kredi veriliyordu. Bu karara g\u00f6re eksper de\u011ferinin&nbsp;%22,5&nbsp;kadar\u0131na kredi verilecek. \u0130lk kez konut alanlarda kredi oranlar\u0131nda bir de\u011fi\u015fiklik olmayacak.&nbsp;T\u00fcm&nbsp;Giri\u015fimci&nbsp;Emlak<wbr>&nbsp;M\u00fc\u015favirleri&nbsp;Derne\u011fi (T\u00dcGEM) Y\u00f6netim Kurulu \u00dcyesi&nbsp;Dr.&nbsp;Mustafa&nbsp;Ko\u00e7ak,&nbsp;ki\u015fin<wbr>in birlikte ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve 18 ya\u015f \u00fcst\u00fc \u00e7ocu\u011fu \u00fczerine konut almak istemesi halinde, yine eski orandan faydalanabiliyor olaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirtti. D\u00fczenleme sadece ki\u015finin kendisi, e\u015fi ve 18 ya\u015f alt\u0131 \u00e7ocuklar\u0131 i\u00e7in \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lm\u0131\u015f durumda.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>\u201cAMA\u00c7; \u0130KAMET AMA\u00c7LI KONUT ALMAYA TE\u015eV\u0130K\u201d<\/h2>\n<p dir=\"auto\">Ki\u015filere konut edinmeleri amac\u0131yla kulland\u0131r\u0131lacak ikamet ama\u00e7l\u0131 gayrimenkul ipote\u011fi ile teminatland\u0131r\u0131lan kredilere sermaye yeterlili\u011fi hesaplamas\u0131nda da (standart yakla\u015f\u0131m kullan\u0131larak hesaplanan) y\u00fczde 35 risk a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131\u011f\u0131 yerine y\u00fczde 150 risk a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131\u011f\u0131 uygulanacak. \u0130lk konut al\u0131mlar\u0131nda ise kredi de\u011fer oranlar\u0131nda bir de\u011fi\u015fiklik olmayacak.&nbsp;BDDK\u2019n\u0131n verdi\u011fi bu karar\u0131n genel anlamda olumlu sonu\u00e7lar\u0131 olaca\u011f\u0131 gibi baz\u0131 handikaplar\u0131 olaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 da&nbsp;s\u00f6yleyen&nbsp;T\u00dcGEM Y\u00f6netim Kurulu \u00dcyesi&nbsp;&nbsp;Dr.&nbsp;Mustafa&nbsp;Ko\u00e7ak: \u201cOlumlu yanlar\u0131na bakacak olursak, birden \u00e7ok konutu olanlar yeni bir konut almak istediklerinde nakit al\u0131m yapmak zorunda kalacaklar ve KKM, d\u00f6viz, alt\u0131n gibi enstr\u00fcmanlar\u0131n konuta kaymas\u0131 sa\u011flanabilecek. Bunun d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda eyl\u00fcl ay\u0131nda ilk kez konut alacaklara kredi te\u015fvi\u011fi sa\u011flanmas\u0131 ile birlikte, ger\u00e7ekten ihtiya\u00e7 sahipleri bu krediden yararlanabilecekler.\u201d dedi.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>\u201cKONUT F\u0130YAT ARTI\u015e HIZI D\u00dc\u015eER\u201d<\/h2>\n<p>Kredili sat\u0131\u015flarda son d\u00f6nemlerde \u00e7ok ciddi bir d\u00fc\u015f\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn&nbsp;s\u00f6z konusu&nbsp;oldu\u011funu s\u00f6yleyen Ko\u00e7ak: \u201cBu kararla birlikte de kredili sat\u0131\u015flar\u0131n yine az seyredece\u011fi kanaatindeyim.
