Alt\u0131 adet t\u00fcneli &#8220;dal-\u00e7\u0131k&#8221; modeliyle ba\u011flayacak yeni yol, B\u00fcy\u00fck\u00e7ekmece, Esenyurt, Avc\u0131lar, K\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck\u00e7ekmece, Bah\u00e7elievler, Bayrampa\u015fa, K\u00e2\u011f\u0131thane ve Sar\u0131yer-Kilyos&#8217;tan ge\u00e7ecek. T\u00fcneller TEM otoyolu ile D-100 Karayolu&#8217;nu birbirine ba\u011flayacak.<\/div>\n<div>\n<h2>300 B\u0130N ARA\u00c7 GE\u00c7ECEK<\/h2>\n<p>Toplam 23 kilometre uzunlu\u011funda \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fclen t\u00fcnellerin her birinden g\u00fcnde yakla\u015f\u0131k 150 bin olmak \u00fczere g\u00fcnde toplam 300 bin arac\u0131n ge\u00e7mesi planlan\u0131yor. T\u00fcnellerin toplam\u0131n\u0131n 2.5 milyar TL&#8217;ye mal olmas\u0131 \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcyor.Yap\u0131m\u0131 planlanan alt\u0131 t\u00fcnel, TEM otoyolu ile D-100 karayolunu birbirine ba\u011flayacak. Proje g\u00fczerg\u00e2h\u0131n\u0131n bir b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc, afet riskli alan kapsam\u0131nda yer al\u0131rken, bir di\u011fer k\u0131sm\u0131 da plans\u0131z alan s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131 i\u00e7erisinde ve \u00c7evre ve \u015eehircilik Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 yetkisinde bulunuyor. Sar\u0131yer-Kilyos Karayolu T\u00fcneli Projesi&#8217;nde ise g\u00fczerg\u00e2h\u0131n bir k\u0131sm\u0131, do\u011fal sit, bir k\u0131sm\u0131 da orman alan\u0131 i\u00e7inde.\u0130\u015fte, bundan yola \u00e7\u0131karak, toplam alt\u0131 t\u00fcneli kapsayan &#8220;dal-\u00e7\u0131k&#8221; y\u00f6ntemiyle yap\u0131lacak yolun istikametinde yer alan B\u00fcy\u00fck\u00e7ekmece, Esenyurt, Avc\u0131lar, K\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck-\u00e7ekmece, Bah\u00e7elievler, Bayrampa\u015fa, Ka\u011f\u0131thane ve Sar\u0131yer-Kilyos b\u00f6lgelerini mercek alt\u0131na ald\u0131k. Esenyurt b\u00f6lgesi ise gayrimenkul hareketi a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan Esenyurt ve Bah\u00e7e\u015fehir-Ispartakule k\u0131sm\u0131 olarak ikiye ayr\u0131l\u0131yor. Esenyurt k\u0131sm\u0131nda yeni konutlar\u0131n sat\u0131\u015f fiyatlar\u0131 ise metrekare baz\u0131nda 2 bin 500 ila 3 bin 500 TL aral\u0131\u011f\u0131nda, Bah\u00e7e\u015fehir-Ispartakule k\u0131sm\u0131nda ise 4 ila 5 bin TL ar\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131nda seyrediyor. B\u00f6lgedeki konut siteleri a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131kl\u0131 olarak, hem yaln\u0131z ya\u015fayanlar hem de evli \u00e7iftler taraf\u0131ndan tercih ediliyor.<\/p>\n<h2>ISPARTAKULE DE\u011eERLENECEK<\/h2>\n<p>Halihaz\u0131rda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 devam eden ve en ge\u00e7 2017&#8217;de faaliyete ge\u00e7mesi planlanan Mecidiyek\u00f6y-Mahmutbey metro hatt\u0131, Mahmutbey&#8217;de Halkal\u0131-Bah\u00e7e\u015fehir hatt\u0131 ile birle\u015fecek. 2019 y\u0131l\u0131n\u0131n son metro projesi olan Mahmutbey-Bah\u00e7e\u015fehir metro hatt\u0131 da tamamland\u0131\u011f\u0131nda iki semt aras\u0131 yolculuk s\u00fcresi 19 dakikaya inecek. Entegre edilecek bu iki hat ile birlikte Ispartakule&#8217;den 45 dakikada Mecidiyek\u00f6y&#8217;e ula\u015f\u0131labilecek.<\/p>\n<p>Ayr\u0131ca, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 s\u00fcren Mecidiyek\u00f6y-Mahmutbey ve Halkal\u0131-Bah\u00e7e\u015fehir Metro Hatt\u0131 Marmaray&#8217;a ba\u011flanacak. Kanal \u0130stanbul, Kuzey Marmara Otoyolu, 3. Havaliman\u0131 gibi b\u00f6lgeyi kalk\u0131nd\u0131racak b\u00fcy\u00fck projelere yak\u0131nl\u0131\u011f\u0131yla y\u0131ld\u0131z\u0131 parlayan b\u00f6lgede yap\u0131m\u0131 tamamlanm\u0131\u015f ve s\u00fcren toplamda 30&#8217;dan fazla konut projesi yer al\u0131yor. S\u00f6z konusu projelerin metro a\u00e7\u0131l\u0131\u015f\u0131 ile fiyatlar\u0131nda y\u00fczde 15-20 oranlar\u0131nda art\u0131\u015f ya\u015fanaca\u011f\u0131 \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcyor.<\/p>\n<h2>AVCILAR VE HALKALI&#8217;YA D\u0130KKAT<\/h2>\n<p>Avc\u0131lar il\u00e7esi, 1999 depreminden sonra h\u0131zl\u0131 bir fiyat d\u00fc\u015f\u00fc\u015f\u00fc ya\u015fasa da son y\u0131llarda metrob\u00fcs hatt\u0131n\u0131n il\u00e7eden ge\u00e7mesi, kentsel d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 ile yeni binalar\u0131n yap\u0131lmas\u0131 ve talebin tekrar artmas\u0131 ile fiyat art\u0131\u015f\u0131 sa\u011fl\u0131yor. B\u00f6lgede yeni yap\u0131lan konutlarda metrekare baz\u0131nda sat\u0131\u015f fiyatlar\u0131n\u0131n 3 bin 500 ila 4 bin 500 TL aral\u0131\u011f\u0131nda oldu\u011fu g\u00f6r\u00fclmekte. K\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck\u00e7ekmece b\u00f6lgesi ise Halkal\u0131 mahallesini de kapsad\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in \u00e7ok farkl\u0131 konut de\u011ferlerine sahip bir b\u00f6lge olarak \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131k\u0131yor. Halkal\u0131 b\u00f6lgesi de dahil edildi\u011finde ortalama konut sat\u0131\u015f birim fiyatlar\u0131 yeni konutlarda metrekare olarak 3 bin 500 ile 5 bin TL civarlar\u0131nda oldu\u011fu s\u00f6ylenebilir.<\/p>\n<p>Halkal\u0131-Atakent k\u0131sm\u0131nda yap\u0131m\u0131 devam eden metro hatt\u0131n\u0131n faaliyete ge\u00e7mesi ile fiyatlarda art\u0131\u015f ya\u015fanaca\u011f\u0131 ifade ediliyor. Halkal\u0131, sadece b\u00fcy\u00fck proje yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131 de\u011fil ayn\u0131 zamanda ula\u015f\u0131m entegre istasyonu olmas\u0131 ile de b\u00fcy\u00fck kamusal yat\u0131r\u0131mlara olanak sa\u011flayan bir b\u00f6lge. \u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/emlaktuel.com\/\">Marmaray<\/a>\u00a0 hatt\u0131n\u0131n Avrupa yakas\u0131 in\u015faat\u0131n\u0131n tamamlanmas\u0131 ile birlikte Halkal\u0131, gerek Yenikap\u0131&#8217;dan aktarma yap\u0131p gelen, gerekse Gebze&#8217;den itibaren gelen yolcular\u0131n son istasyonu olacak. \u00d6te yandan, Halkal\u0131-\u00dc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc Havaliman\u0131 aras\u0131nda da bir rayl\u0131 sistem hatt\u0131 planlanmakta.Bu \u015fekilde Marmaray ile gelen yolcularla Ankara&#8217;dan gelen h\u0131zl\u0131 tren yolcular\u0131 Havaliman\u0131&#8217;na ula\u015fabilecek. S\u00f6z konusu hat, Halkal\u0131 entegre istasyonunda hem Marmaray hem de Yenikap\u0131-Havaliman\u0131-Kirazl\u0131 metrosu ile birle\u015fecek.<\/p>\n<h2>BAH\u00c7EL\u0130EVLER, BAYRAMPA\u015eA<\/h2>\n<p>Bah\u00e7elievler il\u00e7esi Bak\u0131rk\u00f6y ile etkile\u015fim halinde olmas\u0131, gerek konumu gerekse marka projelerin bulunmas\u0131 sebebiyle, \u0130stanbul&#8217;un Avrupa yakas\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6nde gelen konut b\u00f6lgeleri aras\u0131nda yer al\u0131yor. B\u00f6lgede \u015fu an kentsel d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm projeleri yo\u011fun olarak devam ediyor. Bah\u00e7elievler ve Bak\u0131rk\u00f6y&#8217;de yeni konut projelerinde metrekare baz\u0131nda fiyatlar, 10 bin TL&#8217;ye ula\u015fm\u0131\u015f durumda. Her iki b\u00f6lgedeki eski evlerin metrekare fiyatlar\u0131 5 ila 6 bin TL&#8217;den ba\u015fl\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p>Bayrampa\u015fa il\u00e7esi \u0130stanbul&#8217;un en yo\u011fun konut yap\u0131la\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131n oldu\u011fu il\u00e7elerin ba\u015f\u0131nda geliyor. 2008 y\u0131l\u0131nda \u0130stanbul B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediyesi (1BB) ile Bayrampa\u015fa Belediyesi aras\u0131nda yap\u0131lan anla\u015fmaya istinaden eski cezaevi arazisinde kentsel d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131 ba\u015flat\u0131ld\u0131. Projede yakla\u015f\u0131k 3 bin konut in\u015fa edilmesi planlan\u0131yor. B\u00f6lgedeki yeni projelerdeki konutlar\u0131n metrekare fiyatlar\u0131 5 bin 500 ile 6 bin 500 TL aral\u0131\u011f\u0131nda seyrediyor.<\/p>\n<h2>KA\u011eITHANE OF\u0130S \u0130LE B\u00dcY\u00dcYOR<\/h2>\n<p>Ka\u011f\u0131thane b\u00f6lgesi, 1\/100 bin \u00f6l\u00e7ekli \u0130stanbul \u00c7evre D\u00fczeni Plan\u0131&#8217;nda Merkezi \u0130\u015f Alan\u0131 (M\u0130A) b\u00fct\u00fcnle\u015fme b\u00f6lgesi olarak g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcyor. Yap\u0131la\u015fma ko\u015fullar\u0131n\u0131n de\u011fi\u015fimi, b\u00f6lgede \u00e7ok katl\u0131 modern plaza, ofis ve rezidans bloklar\u0131n\u0131n y\u00fckselmeye ba\u015flamas\u0131na neden oldu. K\u00f6pr\u00fcn\u00fcn a\u00e7\u0131lmas\u0131 ile birlikte 1975 y\u0131l\u0131nda bu oran y\u00fczde 72 ve y\u00fczde 28&#8217;e, 1980 y\u0131l\u0131nda ise y\u00fczde 68 ve 32 oran\u0131na kadar \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131. 1990 y\u0131l\u0131nda ise Fatih Sultan Mehmet (FSM) K\u00f6pr\u00fcs\u00fc&#8217;n\u00fcn a\u00e7\u0131lmas\u0131 ile birlikte Avrupa yakas\u0131-Anadolu yakas\u0131 n\u00fcfus da\u011f\u0131l\u0131m oran\u0131 y\u00fczde 64 ve y\u00fczde 36&#8217;lara kadar y\u00fckseldi.<\/p>\n<p>FSM K\u00f6pr\u00fcs\u00fc ile birlikte ise Anadolu yakas\u0131nda Beykoz, Anadolu Hisar\u0131, Kavac\u0131k, \u00c7ekmek\u00f6y ve \u00dcmraniye yeni yerle\u015fim ve \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma b\u00f6lgeleri olarak geli\u015fti. Ayr\u0131ca ge\u00e7mi\u015f y\u0131llarda \u0130stanbul&#8217;un merkeze uzak yerleri olarak g\u00f6r\u00fcnen Kartal, Pendik, Bah\u00e7e\u015fehir ve \u0130kitelli aks\u0131n\u0131n FSM K\u00f6pr\u00fcs\u00fc&#8217;n\u00fcn faaliyete ge\u00e7mesi ile birlikte h\u0131zl\u0131 bir g\u00f6\u00e7 ald\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ve h\u0131zl\u0131 geli\u015fme s\u00fcrecine girdi\u011fini g\u00f6rebiliyoruz. Bug\u00fcn itibar\u0131 ile in\u015faat \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 devam eden \u00dc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc K\u00f6pr\u00fc g\u00fczergah\u0131 Avrupa yakas\u0131nda Garip\u00e7e, Anadolu yakas\u0131nda Poyrazk\u00f6y&#8217;e uzan\u0131yor. \u00dc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc K\u00f6pr\u00fc Avrupa yakas\u0131nda Kuzey Marmara Otoyolu ile birle\u015ferek Kemerburgaz-G\u00f6kt\u00fcrk, Arnavutk\u00f6y, \u00c7atalca, Silivri hatt\u0131 boyunca ilerliyor. Anadolu yakas\u0131nda ise Poyrazk\u00f6y, Riva-Polonezk\u00f6y, Sancaktepe ve Gebze hatt\u0131 boyunca ilerliyor. Bu tablodan ortaya \u00e7\u0131kan sonu\u00e7 \u0130se, k\u00f6pr\u00fclerin yap\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 b\u00f6lgeler \u0130tibariyle ilk olarak yerle\u015fim ve konut alanlar\u0131n\u0131n etkilendi\u011fi, ikinci olarak merkezi \u0130\u015f alanlar\u0131n\u0131n etkilendi\u011fi, \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fcl etki derecesinde sanayi alanlar\u0131n\u0131n oldu\u011funu s\u00f6ylemek m\u00fcmk\u00fcn. Marmaray etkisini Yenikap\u0131 ve Zeytinburnu b\u00f6lgelerinde inceledi\u011fimizde \u00fc\u00e7 y\u0131ll\u0131k s\u00fcre\u00e7te y\u00fczde 50-60 oran\u0131nda art\u0131\u015flar ya\u015fand\u0131\u011f\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcyor. Yer tesliminden sonra 700 g\u00fcnde tamamlanmas\u0131 planlanan Hali\u00e7-Unkapan\u0131 Karayolu T\u00fcneli yap\u0131m i\u015finin ihale s\u00fcreci Temmuz ay\u0131 i\u00e7inde ba\u015flat\u0131l\u0131yor. Projenin tamamlanmas\u0131n\u0131n ard\u0131ndan 1836 y\u0131ll\u0131nda in\u015fa edilen Unkapan\u0131 K\u00f6pr\u00fcs\u00fc&#8217;n\u00fcn de kald\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 planlan\u0131yor. B\u00f6ylece tarihi yar\u0131mada Unkapan\u0131 \u00fczerinden \u015ei\u015fhane, Kas\u0131mpa\u015fa, Karak\u00f6y g\u00fczerg\u00e2h\u0131na ba\u011flanacak ve kara ula\u015f\u0131m\u0131 tamamen su alt\u0131nda kurulacak bir t\u00fcnel k\u00f6pr\u00fc ile sa\u011flanacak, deniz taban\u0131na \u00e7ak\u0131lan kaz\u0131klar \u00fczerine kurulacak olan sualt\u0131 k\u00f6pr\u00fcs\u00fc deniz seviyesinin 8.5 metre alt\u0131na in\u015fa edilecek. Mevcut k\u00f6pr\u00fcn\u00fcn engellemi\u015f oldu\u011fu su ak\u0131nt\u0131s\u0131, ula\u015f\u0131m\u0131n suyun alt\u0131na al\u0131nmas\u0131yla tekrar sa\u011flanarak Hali\u00e7&#8217;in temizlenmesine katk\u0131 sa\u011flanacak. T\u00fcnel, \u00fc\u00e7 \u015ferit geli\u015f, \u00fc\u00e7 \u015ferit gidi\u015f olmak \u00fczere toplam 900 metre uzunlu\u011funda olacak.<\/p>\n<p>Proje ile birlikte Hali\u00e7 k\u0131y\u0131s\u0131ndaki tarihi yap\u0131lar\u0131n \u00f6n plana \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lmas\u0131 \u00f6ncelikli hedef olacak ve Hali\u00e7 kenarlar\u0131 yeniden tanzim edilerek yeni rekreasyon ve ye\u015fil alanlar olu\u015fturulacak. Proje yap\u0131m s\u00fcrecinde \u00e7evreye ve g\u00fcndelik ya\u015fama olumsuz etkiler en aza indirgenecek. K\u00f6pr\u00fc \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015f noktalar\u0131 belirli mesafelerde kapal\u0131 tutulurken \u00e7evre d\u00fczenlemeleri ve peyzaj \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 yap\u0131lacak. Karak\u00f6y \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015f\u0131nda bulunan Per\u015fembe Pazar\u0131 b\u00f6lgesi yeniden d\u00fczenlemeye tabi tutulacak. Tarihi doku korunarak parklar, oyun ve spor alanlar\u0131, y\u00fcr\u00fcy\u00fc\u015f yollar\u0131, etkinlik alanlar\u0131 yer alacak ve b\u00f6lge sosyal ya\u015fama a\u00e7\u0131lacak.<\/p>\n<p>Mimar Sinan&#8217;\u0131n in\u015fa etti\u011fi Hali\u00e7&#8217;in incilerinden Sokullu Mehmet Pa\u015fa Camii ve \u00e7evresi yeniden d\u00fczenlemeye tabi olacak. Ayr\u0131ca camii \u00e7evresinden bulunan Saliha Sultan \u00c7e\u015fmesi ve \u00e7evresi d\u00fczenlenip canland\u0131r\u0131lacak. Altyap\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 devam eden Alibeyk\u00f6y &#8211; Emin\u00f6n\u00fc tramvay hatt\u0131 projesi \u00e7evre d\u00fczenlemesi tamamland\u0131\u011f\u0131nda Hali\u00e7&#8217;te sosyal ya\u015fam daha da keyifli olacak.<\/p>\n<p>Unkapan\u0131 Karayolu T\u00fcnel Ge\u00e7i\u015f Projesi tamamland\u0131\u011f\u0131nda mevcut k\u00f6pr\u00fc kald\u0131r\u0131larak yaya ula\u015f\u0131m\u0131 Karak\u00f6y&#8217;den Kas\u0131mpa\u015fa&#8217;ya oradan da Hask\u00f6y&#8217;e kadar deklerle sa\u011flanacak. Yer yer y\u00fczer \u0130skeleler olacak. Y\u00fczer \u0130skeleler gemi ula\u015f\u0131m\u0131na uygun halde a\u00e7\u0131l\u0131r kapan\u0131r bi\u00e7imde in\u015fa edilerek tersaneye deniz ula\u015f\u0131m\u0131 devam edecek.<\/p>\n<h2>BO\u011eAZ&#8217;A YEN\u0130 B\u0130R PROJE<\/h2>\n<p>\u0130stanbul trafi\u011fini rahatlatmas\u0131 beklenen projelere, \u00f6n\u00fcm\u00fczdeki y\u0131l \u00dc\u00e7 Katl\u0131 \u0130stanbul Metro ve Karayolu Bo\u011faz Ge\u00e7i\u015fi Projesi de eklenecek. Avrasya T\u00fcneli&#8217;nin tamamlanmas\u0131 konusunda \u00e7ok yol al\u0131n\u0131rken \u015fimdi g\u00f6zler bu yeni t\u00fcnel projesine \u00e7evrildi. \u00dc\u00e7 Katl\u0131 \u0130stanbul Metro ve Karayolu Bo\u011faz Ge\u00e7i\u015fi Projesi&#8217;nin et\u00fct, proje ve m\u00fchendislik hizmetleri i\u00e7in 23 Aral\u0131k&#8217;ta ihale d\u00fczenlendi. \u0130hale kapsam\u0131nda 23 firman\u0131n \u015fartname ald\u0131\u011f\u0131, 12 firman\u0131n teklif verdi\u011fi a\u00e7\u0131kland\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>S\u00f6z konusu i\u015f kapsam\u0131nda kara, deniz ve Hali\u00e7 sondajlar\u0131, jeofizik, geoteknik ve jeolojik ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar, g\u00fczergah \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131, \u00f6n projeler, \u00f6n ve nihai fizibilite et\u00fctleri yap\u0131larak zemin verileri belirlenecek. \u0130hale s\u00fcrecinin ard\u0131ndan bir y\u0131l i\u00e7inde m\u00fchendislik projelerinin tamamlanmas\u0131 planlan\u0131yor. Yap-i\u015flet-devret modeliyle ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilecek projenin yakla\u015f\u0131k yap\u0131m maliyetinin 3.5 milyar dolar olaca\u011f\u0131 belirtildi. \u0130stanbul B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediye Meclisi, \u00dc\u00e7 Katl\u0131 \u0130stanbul Metro ve Karayolu Bo\u011faz Ge\u00e7i\u015fi Projesi&#8217;nin g\u00fczergah\u0131n\u0131n 1\/5000 \u00f6l\u00e7ekli planlara i\u015flenmesini ge\u00e7ti\u011fimiz mart ay\u0131nda onaylad\u0131. Projenin bir aya\u011f\u0131n\u0131, Avrupa Yakas\u0131&#8217;nda E-5 aks\u0131nda \u0130ncirli&#8217;den ba\u015flayan ve \u0130stanbul Bo\u011faz\u0131&#8217;ndan ge\u00e7erek Anadolu Yakas\u0131&#8217;nda S\u00f6\u011f\u00fctl\u00fc\u00e7e\u015fme&#8217;ye kadar uzanan y\u00fcksek kapasiteli ve h\u0131zl\u0131 metro sistemi olu\u015fturuyor. \u0130kinci aya\u011f\u0131 ise Avrupa Yakas\u0131&#8217;nda TEM Otoyolu aks\u0131nda Hasdal Kav\u015fa\u011f\u0131&#8217;ndan ba\u015flayan ve \u0130stanbul Bo\u011faz\u0131&#8217;ndan ge\u00e7erek Anadolu Yakas\u0131&#8217;nda \u00dcmraniye \u00c7aml\u0131k Kav\u015fa\u011f\u0131&#8217;na ba\u011flanan 2&#215;2 \u015feritli karayolu sistemi.<\/p>\n<p>Be\u015f y\u0131l i\u00e7inde tamamlanaca\u011f\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131klanan \u00dc\u00e7 Katl\u0131 \u0130stanbul Metro ve Karayolu Bo\u011faz Ge\u00e7i\u015fi Projesi, Avrupa yakas\u0131nda Be\u015fikta\u015f, \u015ei\u015fli, Ka\u011f\u0131thane, Beyo\u011flu, Ey\u00fcp Fatih, Zeytinburnu, Bak\u0131rk\u00f6y ve G\u00fcng\u00f6ren; Anadolu yakas\u0131nda ise \u00dcsk\u00fcdar, \u00dcmraniye ve Kad\u0131k\u00f6y il\u00e7elerinden ge\u00e7ecek. Proje, S\u00f6\u011f\u00fctl\u00fc\u00e7e\u015fme-Altunizade-Gayrettepe-S\u00fctl\u00fcce-Cevizliba\u011f-\u0130ncirli g\u00fczergah\u0131 boyunca yakla\u015f\u0131k 31 kilometre uzunlu\u011fa sahip olacak.<\/p>\n<p>Bu konut vergisi art\u0131\u015f\u0131ndada \u00f6nemli rol oynayacak unsurlardan.
