Ge\u00e7en y\u0131l\u0131n ayn\u0131 d\u00f6nemine g\u00f6re ise %85.06 nominal bir art\u0131\u015f g\u00f6r\u00fcld\u00fc. Bu durum, konut yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131lar\u0131 i\u00e7in potansiyel kazan\u00e7lar\u0131n devam edece\u011fini g\u00f6steriyor.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><strong>Kiral\u0131k Konut Fiyatlar\u0131ndaki Y\u00fcksek Art\u0131\u015f<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>T\u00fcrkiye Kiral\u0131k Konut Fiyat Endeksi,Haziran 2023&#8217;de bir \u00f6nceki aya g\u00f6re %10.54 oran\u0131nda nominal art\u0131\u015f g\u00f6sterdi. Ge\u00e7en y\u0131l\u0131n ayn\u0131 d\u00f6nemine g\u00f6re ise %119.21 nominal bir art\u0131\u015f kaydedildi. Kiral\u0131k konut piyasas\u0131ndaki bu h\u0131zl\u0131 y\u00fckseli\u015f, yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131lar\u0131n dikkatini \u00e7ekiyor.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Toplam Getiri Yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131lar\u0131 Sevindirdi<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Sermaye kazanc\u0131 ve br\u00fct kira getirisinden olu\u015fan toplam getiri, \u00fclke genelinde ayl\u0131k bazda %6.02, y\u0131ll\u0131k bazda ise %93.69 olarak ger\u00e7ekle\u015fti. Ayn\u0131 d\u00f6nemde I\u011fd\u0131r&#8217;da metrekare ba\u015f\u0131na konut sat\u0131\u015f fiyatlar\u0131 %1.86 oran\u0131nda nominal azalarak sat\u0131\u015f fiyatlar\u0131n\u0131n en \u00e7ok d\u00fc\u015f\u00fc\u015f g\u00f6sterdi\u011fi il oldu.
