May\u0131s\u2019ta y\u00fczde 89,1 olan y\u0131ll\u0131k fiyat art\u0131\u015f\u0131 haziranda y\u00fczde 86,5\u2019e gerilemi\u015ftir. Nisan ve Eyl\u00fcl aylar\u0131 aras\u0131nda artan talep, izleyen aylarda azalmakta, k\u0131\u015f aylar\u0131nda ise nispeten dura\u011fan bir seyir izlemektedir. Bahar ve yaz aylar\u0131nda kiral\u0131k konut talebinde ortaya \u00e7\u0131kan bu y\u00fckseli\u015fte tayinle il de\u011fi\u015ftirenlerin ve \u00fcniversite \u00f6\u011frencilerinin etkili olduklar\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcl\u00fcyor.<\/p>\n<p>May\u0131s ay\u0131nda belirgin bir art\u0131\u015f g\u00f6steren kiral\u0131k konut talep endeksi Haziran\u2019da da \u00f6nemli bir art\u0131\u015f kaydetmi\u015ftir. Kiral\u0131k konut talep endeksi May\u0131s\u2019tan Haziran\u2019a y\u00fczde 12,3 y\u00fckselmi\u015ftir.
