    FKG \u0130n\u015faat\u2019\u0131n, Baha\u015f Holding ve Stta \u0130n\u015faat\u2019la birlikte B\u00fcy\u00fck\u00e7ekmece\u2019de hayata ge\u00e7irdi\u011fi Hilal Hill B\u00fcy\u00fck\u00e7ekmece Kentsel D\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm Projesi 1. etab\u0131nda daireler teslim edilmeye ba\u015flad\u0131. Kentsel d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm projelerine verdi\u011fi \u00f6nem ile bilinen FKG \u0130n\u015faat\u2019\u0131n riskli konutlar\u0131n bir an \u00f6nce d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr\u00fclmesi hedefiyle hayata ge\u00e7irdi\u011fi proje, toplam 77 bin metrekare arsa alan\u0131 ve 210 bin metrekare in\u015faat alan\u0131 \u00fczerinde 10 etaptan olu\u015fuyor.<\/p>\n

    Riskli konutlar\u0131 sa\u011flam yap\u0131lara d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcrmeyi misyon edindiklerini s\u00f6yleyen FKG \u0130n\u015faat Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc Sedat Al, bu kapsamda 2021 y\u0131l\u0131nda temelleri at\u0131lan Hilal Hill B\u00fcy\u00fck\u00e7ekmece Kentsel D\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm Projesi\u2019nin ilk etap teslimlerine 20 May\u0131s itibariyle ba\u015flad\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 ifade etti. Konuyla ilgili konu\u015fan Al \u201cDeprem g\u00fcvenli konutlar\u0131n in\u015fa edilmesi bilinciyle \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fcyoruz. Bu nedenle de kentsel d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcme odaklanm\u0131\u015f bulunuyoruz. Hilal Hill B\u00fcy\u00fck\u00e7ekmece Kentsel D\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm Projesi de bu do\u011frultuda ortaklar\u0131m\u0131zla birlikte y\u00fcr\u00fctt\u00fc\u011f\u00fcm\u00fcz b\u00fcy\u00fck kapsaml\u0131 bir projedir. Bu projemizde ilk etap teslimleriyle birlikte tapular\u0131 da hemen veriyoruz. \u00d6te yandan; projenin ikinci etab\u0131 bir yandan devam ediyor. 3\u2019\u00fcnc\u00fc ve 4\u2019\u00fcnc\u00fc etab\u0131n in\u015faat\u0131na da ba\u015flam\u0131\u015f bulunuyoruz. Projemiz tamamland\u0131\u011f\u0131nda toplam bin 20 riskli daire d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015fm\u00fc\u015f ve 2 bin 400 daire ve ticari alan in\u015fa edilmi\u015f olacak\u201d diye konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n

    Toplam 5 bin 394 metrekare arsa \u00fczerinde in\u015fa edilen Hilal Hill B\u00fcy\u00fck\u00e7ekmece Kentsel D\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm Projesi 1. etap, 5\u2019er katl\u0131 10 blokta 110 daire ve 800 metrekarelik ticari alandan olu\u015fuyor. 2+1, 3+1, 4+2, 5+2 tipindeki 1. etap dairelerinin b\u00fcy\u00fckl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc ise 135 metrekare ila 270 metrekare aras\u0131nda de\u011fi\u015fiyor. B\u00fcy\u00fck\u00e7ekmece\u2019de yatay mimarinin g\u00fczel \u00f6rne\u011fini sunan proje, en yeni teknolojilere sahip, ya\u015fanabilir, ferah, balkonlu, terasl\u0131, bah\u00e7eli daireleriyle dikkat \u00e7ekiyor. \u00dcst d\u00fczey ya\u015fam olanaklar\u0131na sahip olan proje marinaya, Beykent \u00dcniversitesi\u2019ne, civardaki \u00f6zel ve devlet hastaneleri ile al\u0131\u015fveri\u015f merkezlerine yak\u0131n mesafede yer al\u0131yor.<\/p>\n
