Yapay zek\u00e2 ve b\u00fcy\u00fck veri analizi y\u00f6ntemlerini kullanarak gayrimenkul de\u011ferlemesinde g\u00fcvenilir sonu\u00e7lara ula\u015fan Endeksa\u2019n\u0131n verilerine g\u00f6re, T\u00fcrkiye genelinde Mart ay\u0131 itibar\u0131yla konut sat\u0131\u015f fiyatlar\u0131nda y\u0131ll\u0131k de\u011fer art\u0131\u015f\u0131 %154 seviyesinde ger\u00e7ekle\u015fti.
