Mart sonu itibariyle teslim edilecek olan Hilal Hill B\u00fcy\u00fck\u00e7ekmece Kentsel D\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm Projesi 1. etab\u0131 110 daire ve 800 metrekarelik ticari alandan olu\u015fuyor.<\/p>\n<p>Kentsel d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fcn \u00f6neminin Kahramanmara\u015f merkezli ya\u015fanan depremle bir kez daha en ac\u0131 \u015fekilde anla\u015f\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yleyen FKG \u0130n\u015faat Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc Sedat Al, FKG \u0130n\u015faat olarak kentsel d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fc \u00e7ok \u00f6nemsediklerini ve yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131na bu \u00e7er\u00e7evede devam ettiklerini s\u00f6yledi.<\/p>\n<p>Konuyla ilgili a\u00e7\u0131klama yapan Sedat Al \u201c\u00dclkemizin genelinin kuvvetli deprem \u00fcreten bir ku\u015fakta oldu\u011funu art\u0131k hepimiz biliyoruz. Bu nedenle \u015fehrimizin yap\u0131la\u015fma sorunu bizi kentsel d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcme odaklanmaya ve riskli konutlar\u0131 sa\u011flam ve sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 yap\u0131lara d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcrmeye y\u00f6neltti. D\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm \u015fehrimizin en temel ve \u00f6ncelikli meselesidir. B\u00fcy\u00fck\u00e7ekmece b\u00f6lgesinde Baha\u015f Holding ve Stta \u0130n\u015faat ile birlikte y\u00fcr\u00fctt\u00fc\u011f\u00fcm\u00fcz \u00f6nemli kentsel d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm projeleri bulunuyor. Bu projeler aras\u0131nda yer alan Hilal Hill B\u00fcy\u00fck\u00e7ekmece Kentsel D\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm Projesi, 80 bin metrekarelik alanda 10 etaptan olu\u015fan b\u00fcy\u00fck bir projedir. Bu projede 1. etab\u0131n teslimine k\u0131sa bir zaman kald\u0131. Toplam 5 bin 394 metrekare arsa \u00fczerinde in\u015fa edilen Hilal Hill B\u00fcy\u00fck\u00e7ekmece Kentsel D\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm Projesi\u2019nde 110 daire ve 800 metrekarelik ticari alandan olu\u015fan 1. etab\u0131 mart sonu itibariyle teslim etmeye ba\u015fl\u0131yoruz\u201d diye konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130kinci etap in\u015faat\u0131 devam eden ve 3\u2019\u00fcnc\u00fc ile 4\u2019\u00fcnc\u00fc etab\u0131n in\u015faat\u0131na da ba\u015flanan proje tamamland\u0131\u011f\u0131nda ise toplam 80 bin metrekarelik alanda bin 20 riskli daire d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015fm\u00fc\u015f, 2 bin 400 daire ve ticari alan in\u015fa edilmi\u015f olacak.<\/p>\n<p>B\u00fcy\u00fck\u00e7ekmece\u2019de yatay mimarinin g\u00fczel \u00f6rne\u011fini sunan proje, \u00fcst d\u00fczey ya\u015fam olanaklar\u0131 sunan en yeni teknolojilere sahip, ya\u015fanabilir, ferah, balkonlu, terasl\u0131, bah\u00e7eli daireleriyle dikkat \u00e7ekiyor.
