Yakla\u015f\u0131k 40 y\u0131ll\u0131k bir ge\u00e7mi\u015fe sahip riskli binalar\u0131 d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcrerek ba\u015fta B\u00fcy\u00fck\u00e7ekmece, Gaziosmanpa\u015fa, \u015ei\u015fli Fulya, \u00dcsk\u00fcdar olmak \u00fczere \u0130stanbul\u2019un pek \u00e7ok b\u00f6lgesini olas\u0131 depreme kar\u015f\u0131 korumay\u0131 hedeflediklerini s\u00f6yleyen Bahad\u0131r, 32 y\u0131ldan fazla tecr\u00fcbe ve bilgi birikimiyle bu il\u00e7elerin yeniden in\u015fa edilmesine katk\u0131 sa\u011flad\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 ifade etti.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130n\u015faat taahh\u00fcd\u00fc ve gayrimenkul alan\u0131nda 100\u2019e yak\u0131n dev projeyi tamamlayan bir marka olarak \u00e7ok say\u0131da kentsel d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm projesi geli\u015ftirdiklerini hat\u0131rlatan Abd\u00fcssamet Bahad\u0131r, ba\u015fta \u0130stanbul olmak \u00fczere t\u00fcm T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin birinci \u00f6nceli\u011finin kentsel d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm meselesi oldu\u011funa dikkat \u00e7ekti. Bahad\u0131r \u201c\u00c7arp\u0131k kentle\u015fme ve deprem ger\u00e7e\u011fi nedeniyle kritik \u00f6neme sahip olan kentsel d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm projelerinin acilen uygulamaya al\u0131nmas\u0131 hayati \u00f6nem ta\u015f\u0131yor. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc \u0130stanbul yakla\u015f\u0131k 20 milyon n\u00fcfusuyla \u00fc\u00e7 b\u00fcy\u00fck fay hatt\u0131 \u00fczerinde bulunan \u00fclkemizde deprem riski en y\u00fcksek olan illerin ba\u015f\u0131nda yer al\u0131yor. Depremi \u00f6nlemek m\u00fcmk\u00fcn de\u011fil fakat al\u0131nan \u00f6nlemlerle kay\u0131plar\u0131 en aza indirmek m\u00fcmk\u00fcn. Bunun da tek yolu g\u00fcvenli yap\u0131 \u00fcretmekten ge\u00e7iyor. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla kentsel d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fcn gece g\u00fcnd\u00fcz \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131p h\u0131zland\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekiyor. Deprem yeteri kadar zaman tan\u0131d\u0131, daha fazla zaman kalmad\u0131. Biz de 2015 y\u0131l\u0131ndan bu yana kentsel d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcme odaklanan bir \u015firket olarak Gaziosmanpa\u015fa\u2019daki 70 d\u00f6n\u00fcm arazi \u00fczerinde 2 bin 500 konuttan olu\u015fan T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin ilk ada bazl\u0131 kentsel d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm projesinin ilk etab\u0131n\u0131 tamamlad\u0131k. Projenin di\u011fer etaplar\u0131na da ba\u015flamak \u00fczereyiz. Yine dev kentsel d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm projelerimizden 10 etap 2 bin konuttan olu\u015fan B\u00fcy\u00fck\u00e7ekmece Hilal Hill Kentsel D\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm Projesi\u2019nin in\u015faat\u0131 ve \u2018Fulya Hilton Konaklar\u0131 Kentsel D\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm Projesi\u2019nin \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 h\u0131zl\u0131 \u015fekilde s\u00fcr\u00fcyor.
