Tera Yat\u0131r\u0131m\u2019\u0131n konsorsiyum liderli\u011finde ger\u00e7ekle\u015fecek halka arz i\u00e7in 26, 27 ve 30 Ocak tarihlerinde \u201cBVSAN\u201d borsa kodu ile talep toplanacak.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Kendi sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin ve b\u00f6lgenin en b\u00fcy\u00fcklerinden, d\u00fcnyan\u0131n ise say\u0131l\u0131 vin\u00e7 \u00fcretim firmalar\u0131ndan B\u00fclb\u00fclo\u011flu Vin\u00e7 Sanayi (BVS) 1986 y\u0131l\u0131nda Ankara\u2019da faaliyete ba\u015flad\u0131. Ankara\u2019daki fabrikas\u0131nda \u00fcretti\u011fi \u00fcr\u00fcnleri d\u00fcnyan\u0131n 6 k\u0131tas\u0131nda 90 \u00fclkeye ihra\u00e7 eden BVS\u2019nin toplam arz b\u00fcy\u00fckl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc 356 milyon 500 bin TL, BVS hisselerinin halka arz fiyat\u0131 31 TL olarak a\u00e7\u0131kland\u0131. Halka arz\u0131n y\u00fczde 53\u2019\u00fc bireysel yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131lara, y\u00fczde 2\u2019si \u015firket \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131na, y\u00fczde 25\u2019i yurti\u00e7i kurumsal yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131lara, y\u00fczde 20\u2019si yurtd\u0131\u015f\u0131 kurumsal yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131lara tahsis edildi.<\/p>\n<p><strong>HALKA ARZ GEL\u0130R\u0130N\u0130N Y\u00dcZDE 40\u2019I YEN\u0130 FABR\u0130KA YATIRIMINA G\u0130DECEK<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Alt\u0131 ay \u00f6nce Ankara\u2019daki Ba\u015fkent OSB\u2019de yeni fabrika yat\u0131r\u0131m\u0131na ba\u015flayan BVS, 230 milyon TL yat\u0131r\u0131mla hayata ge\u00e7ecek yeni fabrika ile kapasitesini ve \u00fcretimini y\u00fczde 50, istihdam\u0131n\u0131 ise y\u00fczde 30 art\u0131rmay\u0131 hedefliyor. Halka arzdan sa\u011flanacak gelirin y\u00fczde 40\u2019\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6z konusu yat\u0131r\u0131m\u0131n tamamlanmas\u0131nda, y\u00fczde 30\u2019unu makine ve te\u00e7hizat al\u0131mlar\u0131nda kullanacak olan BVS, halka arz gelirinin y\u00fczde 30\u2019unu ise i\u015fletme sermayesine ekleyecek.<\/p>\n<p><strong>TOPLAM SATI\u015eLARININ Y\u00dcZDE 45\u2019\u0130N\u0130 \u0130HRA\u00c7 ED\u0130YOR<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>417 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan\u0131, yakla\u015f\u0131k 100 bin metrekarelik \u00fcretim alanlar\u0131yla faaliyet g\u00f6steren BVS, Ankara, \u0130stanbul ve \u0130zmir B\u00f6lge M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fckleri, \u00c7ukurova Servis B\u00f6lge M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc, Almanya Sat\u0131\u015f ve Servis M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc, yurt i\u00e7i ve yurt d\u0131\u015f\u0131ndaki bayileri, yayg\u0131n sat\u0131\u015f sonras\u0131 servis a\u011f\u0131 ve sekt\u00f6r\u00fcyle ilgili d\u00fcnya markalar\u0131yla yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u015f birli\u011fiyle vin\u00e7 sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcn tart\u0131\u015f\u0131lmaz b\u00fcy\u00fck oyuncusu olarak hizmet veriyor.<\/p>\n<p>2022 y\u0131l\u0131 sipari\u015flerinin y\u00fczde 45\u2019ini yurt d\u0131\u015f\u0131ndan alan BVS, 23 \u00fclkedeki sat\u0131\u015f te\u015fkilat\u0131n\u0131n yan\u0131 s\u0131ra, Almanya\u2019da kendi \u015firketi \u00fczerinden hizmet veriyor.
