T\u00fcrkiye gayrimenkul sekt\u00f6r\u00fcne yabanc\u0131 ilgisinin 2022\u2019de y\u00fczde 15.2 artt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yleyen MARS \u0130cra Kurulu Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Hakan Bucak, \u201c2023 y\u0131l\u0131nda da bu trendin devam etmesini bekliyoruz. Sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn beklentisi, 2023\u2019te yabanc\u0131 yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131ya sat\u0131lan konut adedinin 75 bin band\u0131na \u00e7\u0131kmas\u0131 y\u00f6n\u00fcnde. Rakam\u0131n alt k\u0131r\u0131l\u0131mlar\u0131na bak\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda yabanc\u0131 yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131 ilgisinde 2021 y\u0131l\u0131na g\u00f6re y\u00fczde 15,2\u2019lik b\u00fcy\u00fcme ya\u015fand\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve 67 bin 490 konutun yabanc\u0131ya sat\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fcld\u00fc.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sat\u0131\u015f rakamlar\u0131n\u0131 de\u011ferlendiren ve gelecek projeksiyonlar\u0131 \u00fczerine a\u00e7\u0131klamalarda bulunan&nbsp;<strong>MARS \u0130cra Kurulu Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Hakan Bucak,&nbsp;<\/strong>\u201cT\u00fcrkiye, 2022\u2019n\u0131n tamam\u0131nda konut sat\u0131\u015f fiyatlar\u0131nda ya\u015fanan sert y\u00fckseli\u015fi ve bunun nerede duraca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 konu\u015ftu. Artan parasal maliyetler ile arz ve talep aras\u0131ndaki dengesizli\u011fin yol a\u00e7t\u0131\u011f\u0131 bu durumun, 2023\u2019te bir dengeye kavu\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131 bekliyoruz. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc hem kamu hem de \u00f6zel sekt\u00f6r taraf\u0131nda konut arz\u0131n\u0131 artt\u0131rmaya y\u00f6nelik ciddi \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fcl\u00fcyor. Son olarak orta gelir grubuna y\u00f6nelik olarak ba\u015flat\u0131lan kampanya ve 0,69 kredi faiz oran\u0131 sekt\u00f6rel iyimserli\u011fi artt\u0131rd\u0131.
