Marka ve site i\u00e7i dairelerin ortalama sat\u0131\u015f de\u011ferleri <b>1 milyon TL<\/b>, kiral\u0131k de\u011ferleri ise <b>4 bin TL<\/b> civar\u0131nda.\u201d dedi.<b>3+1 dairelerin sat\u0131\u015f de\u011ferleri 1 milyon -15 milyon TL aral\u0131\u011f\u0131nda<\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"p5\">2+1 dairelerin konum, proje, site \u00f6zelliklerine g\u00f6re sat\u0131\u015f de\u011ferlerinin 800 bin ile 8 milyon TL, kiral\u0131k dairelerin ise 4 bin \u2013 15 bin TL aral\u0131\u011f\u0131nda de\u011fi\u015fti\u011fini de s\u00f6zlerine ekleyen Do\u011fan, \u201cMarka ve site i\u00e7i dairelerin ortalama sat\u0131\u015f de\u011ferleri 2 milyon TL, kira bedelleri ise 6 bin TL aral\u0131\u011f\u0131nda. 3+1 dairelerin konum, proje, site \u00f6zelliklerine g\u00f6re ise sat\u0131\u015f de\u011ferleri 1 milyon-15 milyon TL, kiral\u0131k daireler 4 bin-35 bin TL aral\u0131\u011f\u0131nda de\u011fi\u015fiyor. Marka ve site i\u00e7i dairelerde ise ortalama sat\u0131\u015f de\u011ferleri 2 milyon 500 bin TL, kiral\u0131k 7 bin TL olarak de\u011fi\u015fiyor.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"p7\"><b>Ta\u015fdelen-Alemda\u011f B\u00f6lge Mahallelerinde sat\u0131\u015f oran\u0131 y\u00fczde 30-40 <\/b><\/h2>\n<p class=\"p4\">Merkez Mahallesi ve \u00e7evre mahallelerde arsa arz\u0131 azal\u0131rken, s\u0131f\u0131r ve markal\u0131 konut in\u015faat\u0131n\u0131n bir\u00e7o\u011fu Alemda\u011f \u2013Ta\u015fdelen B\u00f6lge mahallelerinde yer al\u0131yor. Merkez Mahallesi konut arz\u0131n\u0131n d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck olmas\u0131n\u0131n temel nedeni son d\u00f6nem iptal edilen imar planlar\u0131. \u015eubat 2022 y\u0131l\u0131nda onaylanan Merkez Plan\u0131na istinaden ruhsatlar d\u00fczenlenmeye ba\u015flanm\u0131\u015f, yeni in\u015faatlar temel ve kaba in\u015faat seviyesinde olup, gelecek y\u0131lda konut arz\u0131n\u0131n y\u00fckselece\u011fi \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fclmekte.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"p4\"><b>Ta\u015fdelen ve \u00c7evre Mahalleleri \u00f6nc\u00fc oldu<\/b><\/h2>\n<p class=\"p8\">Marka projelerin in\u015faat\u0131nda Ta\u015fdelen ve \u00c7evre Mahalleleri \u00f6nc\u00fc durumda olurken, bu b\u00f6lgede halihaz\u0131rda DAP Ormank\u00f6y, Emlak Konut \u00c7\u0131nark\u00f6y projeleri devam ediyor. Bununla birlikte b\u00f6lgede yerel m\u00fcteahhit firmalar\u0131n nitelikli konut \u00fcretimleri ve apartman tarz\u0131 konut in\u015faatlar\u0131 da devam ediyor. Konut al\u0131rken, b\u00f6lgede fiyatlar\u0131n iyi analiz edilmesi, ge\u00e7mi\u015f d\u00f6nem sat\u0131\u015flar ve art\u0131\u015f oran\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6\u011frenilebilmesi \u00f6nemli.
