Toplam sat\u0131\u015f adetlerinden ikinci el konut sat\u0131\u015flar\u0131 <b>%71,9<\/b> oran\u0131nda pay al\u0131rken, birinci el konut sat\u0131\u015flar\u0131n\u0131n pay\u0131 <b>%28,1<\/b> ile s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131 kald\u0131.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"p3\"><b>\u0130potekli sat\u0131\u015flar %79,1 oran\u0131nda artt\u0131<\/b><\/h2>\n<p class=\"p3\">\u0130potekli sat\u0131\u015flarda ise toplam konut sat\u0131\u015flar\u0131ndaki art\u0131\u015f\u0131n \u00fczerinde bir performans g\u00f6zlemlenerek ge\u00e7en y\u0131l\u0131n ayn\u0131 d\u00f6nemine g\u00f6re <b>%79,1<\/b> oran\u0131nda art\u0131\u015f sa\u011fland\u0131. Di\u011fer sat\u0131\u015flar ise ge\u00e7en y\u0131l\u0131n ayn\u0131 d\u00f6nemine g\u00f6re <b>%30,7<\/b> oran\u0131nda art\u0131\u015fla <b>304.360<\/b> adet olarak ger\u00e7ekle\u015fti.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">2022 y\u0131l\u0131 Haziran verileri bir \u00f6nceki y\u0131l\u0131n ayn\u0131 d\u00f6nemine g\u00f6re ipotekli konut sat\u0131\u015f\u0131 <b>%40,63<\/b> artarak <b>40 bin 610<\/b> adet oldu. \u201cKonut Sat\u0131n Alma G\u00fcc\u00fc Endeksi T\u00fcrkiye\u201d ortalamas\u0131, bir \u00f6nceki \u00e7eyre\u011fe g\u00f6re <b>%18,8<\/b> azal\u0131\u015f g\u00f6sterdi, \u00f6nceki y\u0131l\u0131n ayn\u0131 \u00e7eyre\u011fine g\u00f6re ise <b>%39,7<\/b> oran\u0131nda azal\u0131\u015f g\u00f6stermi\u015f olup 2022 y\u0131l\u0131 2. \u00e7eyre\u011finde <b>55,2<\/b> olarak a\u00e7\u0131kland\u0131.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"p3\"><b>May\u0131s ay\u0131nda en y\u00fcksek art\u0131\u015f oran\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fcld\u00fc<\/b><\/h2>\n<p class=\"p3\">Konut fiyatlar\u0131nda ise May\u0131s ay\u0131 verilerinde bug\u00fcne kadarki en y\u00fcksek art\u0131\u015f oranlar\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fclerek konut fiyat endeksinin y\u0131ll\u0131k de\u011fi\u015fimi <b>%151,4,<\/b> yeni konut fiyat endeksinin y\u0131ll\u0131k de\u011fi\u015fimi <b>%145,5<\/b> olarak ger\u00e7ekle\u015fti. Konut \u00fcretimindeki yava\u015flama, enflasyonist etkiler ile konut talebinde g\u00f6r\u00fclen s\u00fcreklilik konut fiyatlar\u0131n\u0131 olumlu y\u00f6nde etkilemeye devam etti. Bu sonu\u00e7larla konut fiyatlar\u0131 13 ay art arda art\u0131\u015f g\u00f6stermi\u015f ve May\u0131s ay\u0131 itibar\u0131yla reel olarak konut fiyatlar\u0131n\u0131n getirisi <b>%44,9\u2019a<\/b>, yeni konutlarda ise <b>%41,5\u2019e<\/b> y\u00fckselerek en y\u00fcksek seviyelerine ula\u015ft\u0131.
