Se\u00e7ilen temsili konutun sat\u0131n al\u0131nmas\u0131 i\u00e7in gereken ayl\u0131k asgari \u00fccret tutar\u0131n\u0131n Haziran 2020\u2019de 61 ay oldu\u011fu hesapland\u0131. Ancak son iki y\u0131lda bu tutar h\u0131zla artarak A\u011fustos 2022\u2019de 108 aya y\u00fckseldi.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>\u201cKonuta Eri\u015fim \u0130ki Y\u0131lda 2 Kat Zorla\u015ft\u0131\u201d<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Temsili konutun ayl\u0131k kiras\u0131n\u0131n ise Ocak 2021\u2019de asgari \u00fccretin y\u00fczde 50\u2019isi ile kar\u015f\u0131land\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcl\u00fcrken bu oran\u0131n A\u011fustos 2022\u2019de ise y\u00fczde 92\u2019ye y\u00fckseldi\u011fi hesapland\u0131. Yani iki y\u0131l \u00f6nce ucuz konut piyasas\u0131nda 90 m2\u2019lik bir konutu yakla\u015f\u0131k 65 ayl\u0131k asgari \u00fccret ile sat\u0131n almak olanakl\u0131yken bug\u00fcn ayn\u0131 konuta sahip olmak i\u00e7in en az 110 ayl\u0131k asgari \u00fccret gerekiyor. Bu orana g\u00f6re d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck ortalama \u00fccrete \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n ortalama bir konuta sahip olabilmelerinin iki y\u0131l \u00f6ncesine k\u0131yasla neredeyse iki kat daha fazla \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131 gerekiyor.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>\u201cAsgari \u00dccretlinin Konut Sat\u0131n Almas\u0131 \u0130\u00e7in 110 Ayl\u0131k Asgari \u00dccret Gerekiyor\u201d<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Ara\u015ft\u0131rma verilerine g\u00f6re 2017 Eyl\u00fcl ay\u0131ndan 2020 May\u0131s ay\u0131na kadar konut fiyat\u0131n\u0131n art\u0131\u015f h\u0131z\u0131 olduk\u00e7a d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck kald\u0131 ve ortalama konut fiyat\u0131 127 bin TL\u2019den ba\u015flayarak yakla\u015f\u0131k 143 bin TL\u2019ye y\u00fckseldi. Haziran 2020\u2019den itibaren kamu bankalar\u0131n\u0131n ba\u015flatt\u0131klar\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck faiz oranl\u0131 konut kredi kampanyas\u0131 ile konut fiyatlar\u0131ndaki art\u0131\u015f h\u0131zland\u0131. Bu h\u0131zlanma 2021 Aral\u0131k ay\u0131na kadar devam etti ve ortalama ucuz konut fiyat\u0131 yakla\u015f\u0131k 289 bin TL\u2019ye y\u00fckseldi. Daha sonra dolar kurunun ve enflasyonun y\u00fckselmesiyle konut talebindeki fiyatlardaki art\u0131\u015f\u0131n h\u0131zla y\u00fckselmesine sebep oldu. 2021 Aral\u0131k-2022 A\u011fustos aras\u0131ndaki d\u00f6nemde konut fiyatlar\u0131n\u0131n art\u0131\u015f oran\u0131 yakla\u015f\u0131k y\u00fczde 106 oldu. 2022 A\u011fustos verilerine g\u00f6re 90 metrekarelik ucuz bir konutun ortalama fiyat\u0131 594 bin TL\u2019ye \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131. 2017 Eyl\u00fcl d\u00f6neminde bir asgari \u00fccretlinin konut sahibi olabilmesi i\u00e7in yakla\u015f\u0131k 90 ayl\u0131k kazanc\u0131 biriktirmesi gerekirken bug\u00fcn ayn\u0131 konuta sahip olmak i\u00e7in en az 110 ayl\u0131k asgari \u00fccret gerekiyor.<\/p>\n<p>Ara\u015ft\u0131rmada hanelerin gelir d\u00fczeylerinin \u00e7o\u011funlukla uygun bar\u0131nma \u015fartlar\u0131na eri\u015fimi k\u0131s\u0131tlad\u0131\u011f\u0131 belirtildi.
