Mevcut binalar\u0131m\u0131z a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan depremin y\u0131k\u0131c\u0131 g\u00fcc\u00fc kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda endi\u015feliyiz. Binalar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 g\u00fc\u00e7lendirelim, 80 -100 y\u0131l \u00f6mr\u00fc olan g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc binalar yapal\u0131m. Do\u011fru malzeme, do\u011fru uygulamalar binalar\u0131 g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc k\u0131lar. Bu bilincin ve uygulamalar\u0131n yerle\u015fmesini sa\u011flayal\u0131m&#8221; \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131s\u0131nda bulundu.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de derin ac\u0131lara yol a\u00e7an 17 A\u011fustos 1999 Marmara Depremi\u2019nin 23. y\u0131l d\u00f6n\u00fcm\u00fc nedeniyle T\u00fcrkiye \u0130MSAD ve \u00fcyesi dernekler, deprem konusunda ilk kez ortak bir a\u00e7\u0131klama yapt\u0131. &nbsp;<strong>T\u00fcrkiye \u0130MSAD Y\u00f6netim Kurulu Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Tayfun K\u00fc\u00e7\u00fcko\u011flu<\/strong>, &#8220;17 A\u011fustos 1999 Marmara Depremi\u2019nin 23. y\u0131l d\u00f6n\u00fcm\u00fcnde, hayat\u0131n\u0131 kaybeden vatanda\u015flar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 rahmetle an\u0131yoruz. Depremler nedeniyle \u00e7ok b\u00fcy\u00fck ac\u0131lar ya\u015fad\u0131k. Her y\u0131l 17 A\u011fustos yakla\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131nda, \u2018Deprem \u00f6ld\u00fcrmez, bina \u00f6ld\u00fcr\u00fcr\u2019 s\u00f6z\u00fcn\u00fc hat\u0131rl\u0131yor, halk\u0131m\u0131za yap\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131 g\u00fc\u00e7lendirme, tedbirlerini alma \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131s\u0131nda bulunuyoruz. Bu y\u0131l, dernek \u00fcyelerimizle birlikte ortak bir sesleni\u015fle \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 yinelemek, konunun \u00f6nemini vurgulamak istedik. Depreme haz\u0131rl\u0131k; toplum olarak uzun zamand\u0131r do\u011fru planlama ile a\u015fmam\u0131z gereken hayati konulardan biri. Gelecekteki refah\u0131m\u0131z, \u00e7ocuklar\u0131m\u0131za sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131, g\u00fcvenli binalar ve kentler b\u0131rakmak i\u00e7in bug\u00fcn fedak\u00e2rl\u0131k yaparak, orta-uzun vadeli planlarla hareket etmeliyiz. Sadece d\u00fczeltici de\u011fil, \u00f6nleyici faaliyetleri de h\u0131zland\u0131rmal\u0131, dayan\u0131kl\u0131, \u00e7evre dostu yap\u0131larla can ve mal g\u00fcvenli\u011fimizi g\u00fcvence alt\u0131na almal\u0131y\u0131z\u201d \u015feklinde konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kentsel d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcmde, yeni binalar\u0131n standartlara uygun \u015fekilde yap\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131n yan\u0131 s\u0131ra g\u00fc\u00e7lendirme ve yenileme se\u00e7enekleri de iyi de\u011ferlendirilmeli<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Tayfun K\u00fc\u00e7\u00fcko\u011flu s\u00f6zlerine \u015f\u00f6yle devam etti:<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Kentsel d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fc asl\u0131nda bir kentin n\u00fcfusu artarken buna paralel olarak ya\u015fam ko\u015fullar\u0131n\u0131n geli\u015ftirilmesi, ula\u015f\u0131mdan e\u011fitim alanlar\u0131n\u0131n yeniden d\u00fczenlenmesine kadar kapsaml\u0131, afetlere kar\u015f\u0131 dayan\u0131kl\u0131 ve \u2018ak\u0131ll\u0131\u2019 ya\u015fam alanlar\u0131n\u0131n olu\u015fturulmas\u0131 olarak tan\u0131mlamam\u0131z gerekiyor. Kentsel d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm, sosyal bir olay ve uzun vadeli olarak t\u00fcm y\u00f6nleriyle planlanmal\u0131. \u00d6ncelikle, deprem ku\u015fa\u011f\u0131nda bulunan \u00fclkemizde riski depremin de\u011fil, g\u00fcvensiz yap\u0131lar\u0131n olu\u015fturdu\u011fu bilinciyle hareket etmeli, \u015fehirlerimizi bu ger\u00e7eklik \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde kurgulamal\u0131y\u0131z. Kandilli Rasathanesi verilerine g\u00f6re, \u0130stanbul&#8217;da ya\u015fanmas\u0131 muhtemel&nbsp;<strong>7,5<\/strong>&nbsp;civar\u0131nda bir depremde mega kentte bulunan yakla\u015f\u0131k&nbsp;<strong>1,2<\/strong>&nbsp;milyon binadan&nbsp;<strong>491<\/strong>&nbsp;bininin hasar almas\u0131 bekleniyor. S\u00f6z konusu senaryoda&nbsp;<strong>13<\/strong>&nbsp;bin&nbsp;<strong>492<\/strong>&nbsp;binan\u0131n \u00e7ok a\u011f\u0131r,&nbsp;<strong>39<\/strong>&nbsp;bin&nbsp;<strong>325<\/strong>&nbsp;binan\u0131n a\u011f\u0131r,&nbsp;<strong>136<\/strong>&nbsp;bin&nbsp;<strong>746<\/strong>&nbsp;binan\u0131n orta,&nbsp;<strong>300<\/strong>&nbsp;bin&nbsp;<strong>963<\/strong>&nbsp;binan\u0131n ise hafif hasar alaca\u011f\u0131 \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcyor. Bu tablo kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda \u0130stanbul i\u00e7in en acil ihtiya\u00e7, binalar\u0131n durumlar\u0131n\u0131n tespit edilmesi ve her bir bina i\u00e7in \u00f6zel re\u00e7etenin olu\u015fturulmas\u0131d\u0131r. T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin tamam\u0131na bakt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zda ise hala&nbsp;<strong>1.5&nbsp;<\/strong>milyonu acil olmak \u00fczere&nbsp;<strong>6.5<\/strong>&nbsp;milyon konutun deprem riskine kar\u015f\u0131 d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015fmesi gerekti\u011fini biliyoruz. \u0130stanbul Kentsel D\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm Derne\u011fi\u2019nin yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131klamaya g\u00f6re son&nbsp;<strong>9<\/strong>&nbsp;y\u0131lda&nbsp;<strong>240<\/strong>&nbsp;bin yap\u0131 i\u00e7in riskli raporu al\u0131nd\u0131. Bu yap\u0131lardan&nbsp;<strong>215<\/strong>&nbsp;bin adedi i\u00e7inde bulunan&nbsp;<strong>720<\/strong>&nbsp;bin ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z birim y\u0131k\u0131ld\u0131. \u015eubat ay\u0131 ba\u015f\u0131nda Resmi Gazete\u2019de yay\u0131mlanan kararla riskli yap\u0131 olarak tespit edilen ger\u00e7ek ve t\u00fczel ki\u015filere ait konut ya da i\u015f yerlerine verilecek olan faiz destekli kredilerde, kredi tutar\u0131 iki kat\u0131na \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131ld\u0131. Bunlar \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli ad\u0131mlar. \u00dclkemizin \u00f6zellikle i\u00e7inde bulundu\u011fumuz d\u00f6nemde s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131 kaynaklar\u0131 oldu\u011funun fark\u0131nday\u0131z. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla bizlerin, binalar\u0131m\u0131zda deprem g\u00fcvenli\u011fi konusunda t\u00fcm \u00fcmidimizi uzun vadeli kredilere, desteklere ba\u011flamadan, deprem g\u00fcvenli\u011fini geli\u015ftirme bilincimizi art\u0131r\u0131p kaynaklar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n kullan\u0131m \u00f6nceli\u011finin deprem g\u00fcvenli\u011fine aktar\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flarsak, g\u00fcvenli yap\u0131lara ge\u00e7me motivasyonu da artacakt\u0131r. Halk\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n deprem g\u00fcvenli\u011fi bilincini tespit etmek ve geli\u015ftirme stratejilerini belirlemek ad\u0131na uzun vadeli bir seferberlik ba\u015flat\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fine inan\u0131yoruz. K\u0131sa vadeli \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm aray\u0131\u015flar\u0131 bizi istenen sonuca ula\u015ft\u0131rmayacakt\u0131r.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Kentsel d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fc h\u0131zland\u0131rmak i\u00e7in binalar\u0131n \u00fc\u00e7 gruba kategorize edilerek planlama yap\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fine dikkat \u00e7eken&nbsp;<strong>T\u00fcrkiye \u0130MSAD Y\u00f6netim Kurulu Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Tayfun K\u00fc\u00e7\u00fcko\u011flu<\/strong>&nbsp;s\u00f6zlerini \u015f\u00f6yle tamamlad\u0131:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cBinalar \u00fc\u00e7 grupta kategorize edilerek; \u2018kesinlikle y\u0131k\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekenler\u2019, \u2018g\u00fc\u00e7lendirilerek kullan\u0131labilecekler\u2019, \u2018deprem riski olmayan binalar\u2019 olarak tasnif edilmeli. Alan d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fc esas al\u0131nmal\u0131. Ayr\u0131ca \u00fclkemizde kentsel d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm kapsam\u0131nda tek uygun \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm olarak vurgulanan \u2018y\u0131k\u0131m ve yeniden yap\u0131m\u0131n\u2019 yan\u0131 s\u0131ra, Avrupa Birli\u011fi \u00fclkelerinde oldu\u011fu gibi \u2018g\u00fc\u00e7lendirme\/yenileme\u2019 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131n da \u00f6nemli bir se\u00e7enek oldu\u011funun fark\u0131nda olmal\u0131y\u0131z. \u00dclkemizde bu s\u00fcrecin sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 bir \u015fekilde ve h\u0131zlanarak devam etmesi, kentsel d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fcn salt bir bina d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fc olarak g\u00f6r\u00fclmemesi, 20-30 y\u0131l sonra tekrar d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr\u00fclecek yap\u0131lar de\u011fil, 100 y\u0131ll\u0131k yap\u0131lar, ya\u015fam alanlar\u0131 in\u015fa edilmesi gerekiyor.\u202fB\u00f6ylesi b\u00fcy\u00fck ve kapsaml\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n u\u00e7tan uca planlanmas\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6nemli g\u00f6r\u00fcyoruz. T\u00fcrkiye in\u015faat malzemeleri sanayisini temsil eden T\u00fcrkiye \u0130MSAD olarak, deprem gibi hayati bir konuda \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm \u00fcretmeye, sorumluluk almaya devam edece\u011fiz. Bu ortak sesleni\u015fimize kendi faaliyetleri bak\u0131m\u0131ndan katk\u0131 sa\u011flayarak, kaliteli malzemenin ve uygulamalar\u0131n \u00f6nemine de\u011finerek de\u011ferli mesajlar veren t\u00fcm \u00fcyelerimize te\u015fekk\u00fcrlerimizi sunar\u0131z.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8220;Depremi unutmayal\u0131m, \u00f6nlemlerimizi h\u0131zla alal\u0131m. Do\u011fru malzeme, do\u011fru uygulamalar ile binalar\u0131m\u0131z g\u00fc\u00e7lendirelim.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>T\u00fcrkiye \u0130MSAD \u00fcyesi derneklerin deprem tedbirlerine y\u00f6nelik mesajlar\u0131 \u015f\u00f6yle:<\/p>\n<p><strong>AG\u00dcB &#8211; Agrega \u00dcreticileri Birli\u011fi:<\/strong>&nbsp;Betonun ana hammaddesi olan Agrega; kum, \u00e7ak\u0131l ve k\u0131rmata\u015f gibi malzemelerin genel ad\u0131d\u0131r. Betonun y\u00fczde 75\u2019ini olu\u015fturan agregalar\u0131n kalitesi betonun performans\u0131n\u0131 etkileyen en \u00f6nemli parametredir. Binalar\u0131 ayakta tutan malzemeler \u00e7elik donat\u0131lar ve betondur, betonu ayakta tutan ana malzemelerden birisi ise agregad\u0131r. &nbsp;Betonun dayan\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 ve servis \u00f6mr\u00fcn\u00fc olumsuz etkileyen materyaller i\u00e7eren agregalar depremlerin felaketle sonu\u00e7lanmas\u0131na neden olabilir.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Armat\u00fcr, Valf, Musluk, Tesisat Ekipmanlar\u0131 ve Vana Sanayicileri Derne\u011fi:&nbsp;<\/strong>\u00dclkemiz topografik yap\u0131s\u0131 ve iklim \u015fartlar\u0131 sebebiyle depremler ba\u015fta olmak \u00fczere do\u011fal afetlere kar\u015f\u0131 her zaman haz\u0131rl\u0131kl\u0131 olunmas\u0131 gereken bir konumdad\u0131r. Depreme dayanakl\u0131 binalar in\u015fa etmek ve afet odakl\u0131 kentsel d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fcn yan\u0131 s\u0131ra bulundu\u011fumuz ortam\u0131n ve bulundu\u011fumuz \u015fehrin belli bir \u015fekilde s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilirlik kavram\u0131 i\u00e7inde var olmas\u0131n\u0131 da sa\u011flamak gerekmektedir. \u00d6zellikle \u0130stanbul gibi \u00e7ok g\u00f6\u00e7 alan \u015fehirlerde s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilirlik kavram\u0131 \u00e7ok \u00f6nemlidir.<\/p>\n<p><strong>AYSAD &#8211; Asans\u00f6r ve Y\u00fcr\u00fcyen Merdiven Sanayicileri Derne\u011fi:<\/strong>&nbsp;Bina i\u00e7i ula\u015f\u0131m\u0131n vazge\u00e7ilmezi olan ve depremin yaratt\u0131\u011f\u0131 y\u0131k\u0131mdan do\u011frudan etkilenen sistemlerden biri de asans\u00f6rler ve y\u00fcr\u00fcyen merdivenlerdir. Deprem an\u0131nda asans\u00f6rlerin davran\u0131\u015flar\u0131n\u0131 d\u00fczenleyen ve yap\u0131sal \u00f6zelliklerini tan\u0131mlayan standartlar\u0131 sa\u011flamak, belirlenen \u00f6nlemleri almak ve kullan\u0131m kurallar\u0131na uymak hayat kurtar\u0131r.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>B\u0130T\u00dcDER &#8211; Bit\u00fcml\u00fc Su Yal\u0131t\u0131m\u0131 \u00dcreticileri Derne\u011fi:<\/strong>&nbsp;Yap\u0131lar\u0131n ta\u015f\u0131y\u0131c\u0131 sistemlerine s\u0131zan su, korozyona, dolay\u0131s\u0131yla ta\u015f\u0131y\u0131c\u0131 sistemdeki demirlerin \u00e7\u00fcr\u00fcmesine, zay\u0131flamas\u0131na sebep olur. Yap\u0131lar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 su yal\u0131t\u0131m\u0131 ile korozyona kar\u015f\u0131 korumaya almal\u0131y\u0131z. Su yal\u0131t\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n in\u015faat a\u015famas\u0131ndaki maliyeti, toplam bina maliyetinin sadece y\u00fczde 3\u2019\u00fc kadard\u0131r. Sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 g\u00fcvenli yap\u0131lara kavu\u015fmak, do\u011fru malzeme se\u00e7imi ve uygulamalarla m\u00fcmk\u00fcn.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>BSD &#8211; B\u0130MS Sanayicileri Derne\u011fi:<\/strong>&nbsp;\u0130lgili bakanl\u0131k ve yerel y\u00f6netimlerin \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131 destekliyoruz. Bimsblok \u00fcreticileri olarak, insan ya\u015fam\u0131na de\u011fer veren \u00fcr\u00fcnlerimizle in\u015faat sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde yer al\u0131yoruz. Tekrar ac\u0131lar ya\u015famamak i\u00e7in \u00fcr\u00fcn g\u00fcvenli\u011finin denetlenmesini, standartlara uymayan duvar malzemelerinin tercih edilmemesini diliyoruz. &nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00c7ATIDER &#8211; \u00c7at\u0131 Sanayicileri ve \u0130\u015f Adamlar\u0131 Derne\u011fi<\/strong><strong>:<\/strong>&nbsp;Yap\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6nemli b\u00f6l\u00fcmlerinden \u00e7at\u0131n\u0131n dayan\u0131kl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131, depremde hayat kurtaran bir unsur haline gelebilir. \u00dclkemizde milyonlarca yap\u0131da standartlara uygun olmayan \u00e7at\u0131 bulundu\u011funu g\u00f6r\u00fcyoruz. B\u00fcy\u00fck b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc geleneksel uygulama metotlar\u0131 ve malzemelerle yap\u0131lan bu \u00e7at\u0131lar, depremde olu\u015fabilecek riskleri art\u0131rabilir. Bu nedenle deprem g\u00fcvenli\u011fi i\u00e7in yap\u0131lar\u0131n temelden \u00e7at\u0131ya her b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcn\u00fcn dikkatli projelendirilmesi ve in\u015fa edilmesi \u015fart. &nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00c7EDB\u0130K &#8211; \u00c7evre Dostu Ye\u015fil Binalar Derne\u011fi:<\/strong>&nbsp;BM S\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir Kalk\u0131nma Ama\u00e7lar\u0131 do\u011frultusunda yap\u0131lar\u0131n do\u011fal afetlere kar\u015f\u0131 dayan\u0131kl\u0131 olmas\u0131n\u0131n yan\u0131 s\u0131ra ekonomik, \u00e7evresel ve sosyal anlamda s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir olmalar\u0131 da d\u00fcnyam\u0131z i\u00e7in b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6nem arz etmektedir. Bu ama\u00e7lar do\u011frultusunda, binalar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n malzeme ve yap\u0131m y\u00f6netmeliklerine uygun olmas\u0131, Ye\u015fil Bina gereklili\u011fiyle in\u015fa edilmesi hem g\u00fcvenli hem de konforlu bir ya\u015fam sunar.<\/p>\n<p><strong>ETMD &#8211; Elektrik Tesisat M\u00fchendisleri Derne\u011fi:<\/strong>&nbsp;Yap\u0131lar\u0131n elektrifikasyonu ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z ve yetkin kurulu\u015flarca kontrol edilip raporlanmal\u0131d\u0131r. Standartlar\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131layan malzeme ve cihazlar kullan\u0131lmal\u0131, t\u00fcm tesislerde depremde elektri\u011fin g\u00fcvenli \u015fekilde kesilmesini sa\u011flayan ekipmanlar\u0131n kullan\u0131lmas\u0131 mecbur k\u0131l\u0131nmal\u0131d\u0131r. Hastane, okul ve benzeri kamu binalar\u0131nda, elektri\u011fi \u015febekeden ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z olarak kesintisiz sa\u011flayacak sistemler olu\u015fturulmal\u0131d\u0131r. Gerekti\u011finde kullan\u0131lmak \u00fczere seyyar enerji kaynaklar\u0131 kullan\u0131ma haz\u0131r halde bulundurulmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p><strong>GALDER &#8211; Genel Galvanizciler Dernegi:&nbsp;<\/strong>S\u0131cak dald\u0131rma galvaniz kaplama \u00e7eli\u011fin ve dolay\u0131s\u0131yla yap\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6mr\u00fcn\u00fc uzat\u0131r. Deprem b\u00f6lgesinde yer alan \u00fclkemizde, \u00e7at\u0131 ve cephelerde Derne\u011fimizin temsil etti\u011fi iki taraf\u0131 sac kapl\u0131, hafif sandvi\u00e7 panel malzemelerin kullan\u0131m\u0131 teknik olarak m\u00fcmk\u00fcn olan yerlerde yayg\u0131nla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>POMSAD &#8211; T\u00fcrk Pompa ve Vana Sanayicileri Derne\u011fi:&nbsp;<\/strong>Su ve at\u0131k su tesisleri, yer \u00fcst\u00fc ve yer alt\u0131 boru hatlar\u0131, pompa istasyonlar\u0131, tanklar, rezervuarlar, depolama ve ar\u0131tma tesislerinden olu\u015fan geni\u015f a\u011f \u00f6zellikle depremlerde hassast\u0131r. Su sekt\u00f6r\u00fc, deprem hasar\u0131na ve hizmet kesintilerine kar\u015f\u0131 \u201cen savunmas\u0131z kamu hizmetidir\u201d. Bu sebeple, konu ile ilgili acil halk sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve yang\u0131nla m\u00fccadele plan\u0131 haz\u0131rlanarak gerekli tedbirler al\u0131nmal\u0131d\u0131r. Su ve kanalizasyon hizmetlerini sunan idareler, su ve at\u0131k su sistemlerinin \u201comurgas\u0131\u201d olan boru hatt\u0131 sistemlerini, \u00fczerinde bulunan pompa ve vana tesislerini, depremin etkilerine kar\u015f\u0131 g\u00fc\u00e7lendirmelidir.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>P\u00dcKAD &#8211; Pencere ve Kap\u0131 Sekt\u00f6r\u00fc Derne\u011fi:<\/strong>&nbsp;K\u0131talar\u0131n birle\u015ftiren iki bo\u011fazla bir i\u00e7 deniz bar\u0131nd\u0131ran, d\u00f6rt mevsimin ya\u015fand\u0131\u011f\u0131, verimli tar\u0131m topraklar\u0131yla ge\u00e7mi\u015f tarihlerde bir\u00e7ok imparatorluklar\u0131n ya\u015fam\u0131n\u0131 s\u00fcrd\u00fcrd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc, kimilerine g\u00f6re \u2018d\u00fcnyan\u0131n ba\u015fkenti olsa olsa \u0130stanbul olur\u2019 denilen \u015fehri bulunduran, sanayisiyle ekonominin lokomotifi, derin tarihi miras\u0131n b\u00fcy\u00fckl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc kadar sismik talihsizli\u011fe sahip olan Marmara B\u00f6lgesi\u2019nin normalin \u00fczerinde korunmas\u0131 gerekir.<\/p>\n<p><strong>TALSAD &#8211; T\u00fcrkiye Al\u00fcminyum Sanayicileri Derne\u011fi:&nbsp;<\/strong>Kritik bir deprem b\u00f6lgesi olan \u00fclkemizde, elim \u00f6rneklerini ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z ve bir\u00e7ok vatanda\u015f\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 kaybetti\u011fimiz her bir depremde do\u011fal afetlerin etkilerini y\u0131k\u0131m seviyesine ta\u015f\u0131yan insani hatalar ve ihmallerin sonu\u00e7lar\u0131 ac\u0131 bir \u015fekilde tecr\u00fcbe edilmi\u015ftir. Bu \u00fcz\u00fcc\u00fc olaylar sonras\u0131nda her defas\u0131nda kentle\u015fme ve yap\u0131la\u015fma kurallar\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6nemini bir kez daha anlam\u0131\u015f bulunmaktay\u0131z. Bu dayan\u0131kl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n sa\u011flanmas\u0131 i\u00e7in, kullan\u0131lan beton dayan\u0131m s\u0131n\u0131flar\u0131n\u0131n y\u00fckseltilmesi \u00e7ok \u00f6nemlidir. Dayan\u0131m s\u0131n\u0131f\u0131 se\u00e7imi kadar \u00f6nemli olan bir konu da, betonun servis \u00f6mr\u00fc boyunca performans\u0131n\u0131 belirleyecek olan \u201c\u00c7evresel Etki S\u0131n\u0131f\u0131\u201d se\u00e7imidir. Do\u011fru belirlenmi\u015f \u00e7evresel etki s\u0131n\u0131f\u0131nda, y\u00fcksek dayan\u0131ml\u0131 ve kalite belgeli betonlarla in\u015fa edilen standartlara uygun tasarlanm\u0131\u015f ve denetlenmi\u015f binalar\u0131n b\u00fcy\u00fck bir depremde alaca\u011f\u0131 hasar\u0131n daha az olaca\u011f\u0131 \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fclmektedir.<\/p>\n<p><strong>T\u0130MDER &#8211; Tesisat \u0130n\u015faat Malzemecileri Derne\u011fi:<\/strong>&nbsp;Mevcut durumda \u00fclkemizdeki 6,7 milyon yap\u0131 riskli stat\u00fcs\u00fcnde bulunmaktad\u0131r ve bunlardan 1,5 milyonunun acilen d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr\u00fclmesi gerekmektedir.
