Haziran ay\u0131nda sat\u0131lan konut say\u0131s\u0131 <\/strong><strong>bir \u00f6nceki aya g\u00f6re %23, bir \u00f6nceki y\u0131l\u0131n ayn\u0131 ay\u0131na g\u00f6re %12 artarak 150 bin 509 oldu. <\/strong><strong>Endeksa.com\u2019un verilerine g\u00f6re T\u00fcrkiye genelinde <\/strong><strong>Haziran ay\u0131 sonu itibar\u0131 ile konut sat\u0131\u015f fiyatlar\u0131nda y\u0131ll\u0131k de\u011fer art\u0131\u015f\u0131 %182 seviyesinde ger\u00e7ekle\u015firken, T\u00fcrkiye genelinde ortalama konut metrekare sat\u0131\u015f fiyat\u0131 9 bin 979 TL, ortalama konut fiyat\u0131 1 milyon 317 bin 228 TL ve konut yat\u0131r\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n geri d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f s\u00fcresi 17 y\u0131l oldu. Haziran ay\u0131nda y\u0131ll\u0131k de\u011fer art\u0131\u015f\u0131 en y\u00fcksek olan iller ise \u0130stanbul, Antalya ve Mersin olurken, ipotekli konut sat\u0131\u015flar\u0131 ise Haziran ay\u0131nda bir \u00f6nceki aya g\u00f6re %38 azal\u0131rken, bir \u00f6nceki y\u0131l\u0131n ayn\u0131 ay\u0131na g\u00f6re %41 art\u0131\u015f g\u00f6sterdi.
