Gayrimenkul sekt\u00f6r\u00fcndeki yeni trendlere ili\u015fkin analizleri i\u00e7eren \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma Avrupa Birli\u011fi (AB) S\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir Kalk\u0131nma Hedefleri ve Avrupa Ye\u015fil Mutabakat\u0131 ile paralelle\u015fen yerel y\u00f6netim politikalar\u0131n\u0131n d\u00f6ng\u00fcsel ekonomiyi gayrimenkul yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131nda \u00f6nemli bir belirleyici haline getirdi\u011fini ortaya koyuyor.<\/p>\n<p>Aydan Ege G\u00fcven, azalan konut arz\u0131 ve y\u00fckselen in\u015faat maaliyetlerinin, gayrimenkul sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde ekonomik anlamda eri\u015filebilir ve ya\u015fanabilir konut ihtiyac\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6n plana \u00e7\u0131karmaya ba\u015flad\u0131\u011f\u0131na i\u015faret etti\u011fi \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131nda, iklim de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fi ve Covid-19 pandemisinn ise yap\u0131l\u0131 \u00e7evreye ili\u015fkin sekt\u00f6rlerde radikal bir paradigma de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fi gereksinimini beraberinde getirdi\u011fine dikkat \u00e7ekiyor.
