G\u00fcl \u201cVatanda\u015f\u0131n uygun maliyetli kredi imkan\u0131yla konuta eri\u015fimlerinin sa\u011flanmas\u0131 ve in\u015faatlar\u0131n bitirilerek konut arz\u0131n\u0131n art\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 hedefleniyor. Bundan b\u00f6yle ilk konutunu alacak olanlar, 2 milyon lira de\u011ferine kadar konutlar i\u00e7in 10 y\u0131la kadar vade ve ayl\u0131k y\u00fczde 0,99 faizli krediyle ev sahibi olabilecek. Ayr\u0131ca; d\u00f6viz ve alt\u0131n\u0131n\u0131 bozdurarak 10 y\u0131l vadeli 2 milyon TL kredi alacaklar i\u00e7in ayl\u0131k faiz y\u00fczde 0,89 olacak. Bu uygulamalarla beraber ev sahibi olmak isteyen ama y\u00fcksek konut faizleri y\u00fcz\u00fcnden uzun zamand\u0131r beklemede olan kesim harekete ge\u00e7ecek. Vatanda\u015fa ve sekt\u00f6re sunulmu\u015f olan bu f\u0131rsatla beraber piyasa canlanacak\u201d diye konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n<h2>\u201cUzun zamand\u0131r beklemi\u015f oldu\u011fumuz destek hayata ge\u00e7ti\u201d<\/h2>\n<p>Sosyal konut projelerinin desteklenmesinin de \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli oldu\u011funun alt\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7izen G\u00fcl G\u00fcl, d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck gelir gurubunda olup da ev sahibi olma ihtiyac\u0131 bulunanlara y\u00f6nelik ad\u0131mlar\u0131n at\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131n da \u00e7ok yerinde bir giri\u015fim oldu\u011funu kaydetti. G\u00fcl \u201cSosyal konut projeleri i\u00e7in TOK\u0130\u2019ye 30 milyar liral\u0131k finans sa\u011flanacak olmas\u0131 projelere h\u0131z kazand\u0131racak. Mevcut \u015fartlarda konut alamayacak olan vatanda\u015f i\u00e7in TOK\u0130 yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131 \u00e7ok b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6nem ta\u015f\u0131yor. Bu konunun atlanmam\u0131\u015f olmas\u0131n\u0131 takdirle kar\u015f\u0131lad\u0131k. A\u00e7\u0131klamalardan anl\u0131yoruz ki; sosyal konut projelerinin istismar\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6nlemek i\u00e7in bu yolla edinilen konutlar\u0131n 5 y\u0131l s\u00fcreyle sat\u0131\u015f\u0131na da izin verilmeyecek. Bir y\u0131l boyunca konut sat\u0131\u015f fiyatlar\u0131n\u0131 sabit tutmay\u0131 taahh\u00fct eden firmalar, finansman paketi i\u00e7in ayr\u0131lan 20 milyar lira kaynaktan faydalanabilecek. Bunun da konut arz\u0131na \u00f6nemli katk\u0131s\u0131 olacak.
