Bu konuda belirlenen iki tane \u00f6nemli kriter var. Bunlardan ilki birinci el olmas\u0131, ikincisi ise sat\u0131n al\u0131nacak konut fiyat\u0131n\u0131n 2 milyon TL\u2019ye kadar olmas\u0131. Sunulan avantajlardan en \u00f6nemlisi ise 2 milyon TL\u2019ye kadar 10 y\u0131l vadeli, ayl\u0131k y\u00fczde 0,99 faiz ile kredi imk\u00e2n\u0131. Bu avantajlar asl\u0131nda tamamen t\u00fcketicinin \u00fczerindeki kredi maliyetini azaltacak, t\u00fcketiciyi ihtiyac\u0131 olan konuta ula\u015ft\u0131racak.<br \/>\nBu f\u0131rsatlarla beraber \u00f6n\u00fcm\u00fczdeki g\u00fcnlerde, belirlenen kriterlere uygun konutlarda ciddi \u015fekilde yans\u0131mas\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6rece\u011fiz. A\u00e7\u0131klanan finansman paketlerinin piyasaya da t\u00fcketiciye de \u00e7ok olumlu bir katk\u0131s\u0131 olacak. Konut piyasas\u0131nda son d\u00f6nemlerde \u00f6zellikle iki \u00f6nemli sorun var. Bunlardan en \u00f6nemlisi t\u00fcketicinin konuta eri\u015fiminde kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 maddi yetersizlik ve kredi imk\u00e2n\u0131n\u0131n azl\u0131\u011f\u0131 gibi engeller. Bu iki ad\u0131m ile beraber basit bir matematikle 120 ile 150 bin civar\u0131 aras\u0131nda yeni konut \u00fcretilebilir.
