Projenin duyurusunun yap\u0131larak in\u015faat\u0131n\u0131n ba\u015flad\u0131\u011f\u0131 2017 senesi itibar\u0131 ile ba\u015fta Marmara B\u00f6lgesi olmak \u00fczere ve \u00e7evre Ege illerinde ya\u015fanan gayrimenkul hareketlili\u011fi, talep art\u0131\u015flar\u0131 ile devam etmektedir. 1915 \u00c7anakkale K\u00f6pr\u00fcs\u00fc, Malkara-\u00c7anakkale Otoyolu\u2019nun yat\u0131r\u0131m alanlar\u0131na etkisi, yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131 profili ve yat\u0131r\u0131m \u00e7e\u015fitlili\u011fi bak\u0131m\u0131ndan detayl\u0131 ara\u015ft\u0131rmas\u0131n\u0131 ve analizini yapan TSKB Gayrimenkul De\u011ferleme, projenin T\u00fcrkiye sanayisine, ticaretine, turizmine ve ula\u015f\u0131m altyap\u0131s\u0131na katk\u0131lar\u0131na dikkat \u00e7ekti.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Marmara B\u00f6lgesi\u2019ni \u00e7epe\u00e7evre ku\u015fatan ve Ege B\u00f6lgesi\u2019yle birle\u015ftiren <strong>\u201c1915 \u00c7anakkale K\u00f6pr\u00fcs\u00fc, Malkara-\u00c7anakkale Otoyolu\u201d<\/strong> projesi, Tekirda\u011f, \u00c7anakkale ve Bal\u0131kesir b\u00f6lgeleri ba\u015fta olmak \u00fczere, \u00e7evre illerde ve yerle\u015fim yerlerinde \u00f6nemli bir katma de\u011fer yaratmay\u0131 s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fcyor. T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin dev projesi 1915 \u00c7anakkale K\u00f6pr\u00fcs\u00fc, lojistik koridor \u00fczerinde yer almas\u0131 sebebiyle bulundu\u011fu b\u00f6lgede gerek sanayi yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131n\u0131 gerekse de ticari cazibeyi ve yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131 art\u0131rd\u0131. B\u00f6lgedeki yat\u0131r\u0131m alanlar\u0131, yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131 profili ve tercih edilen yat\u0131r\u0131m t\u00fcrleri \u00fczerine detayl\u0131 bir ara\u015ft\u0131rma ve analiz ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftiren TSKB Gayrimenkul De\u011ferleme, 18 Mart tarihinde hizmete sunulmas\u0131 planlanan mega projenin, T\u00fcrkiye sanayisine, turizmine, ticaret hacmine ve ula\u015f\u0131m altyap\u0131s\u0131na katk\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131 da ortaya koydu.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;Projenin Yunanistan ve Bulgaristan \u00fczerinden Avrupa\u2019ya a\u00e7\u0131l\u0131m sa\u011flad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131, bu nedenle de etki alan\u0131nda kalan alanlar\u0131n sanayi ve ticari yat\u0131r\u0131mlarda odak noktas\u0131 haline gelebilece\u011fine i\u015faret eden TSKB GD Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcr Yard\u0131mc\u0131s\u0131 Ozan Kolcuo\u011flu, ula\u015f\u0131m\u0131n daha kolay ve ekonomik hale gelme beklentisinin, G\u00fcney Marmara sahillerindeki sanayi yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131n\u0131 cazibeli hale getirdi\u011fini, Band\u0131rma- \u00c7anakkale b\u00f6lgelerindeki yat\u0131r\u0131mlarda da art\u0131\u015f beklendi\u011fini a\u00e7\u0131klad\u0131.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>\u201cYurt d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda ya\u015famakta olan vatanda\u015flar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n b\u00f6lgeye talepleri artt\u0131\u201d<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>\u00c7anakkale OSB ve Ezine G\u0131da \u0130htisas OSB\u2019de 60 civar\u0131nda yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131n\u0131n yat\u0131r\u0131m yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ve taleplerin devam etmesi neticesinde parsel sto\u011funun bulunmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirten Kolcuo\u011flu, \u201cMevcut OSB\u2019lerde geni\u015fleme sahalar\u0131 ve yeni OSB\u2019ler a\u00e7\u0131lmas\u0131 i\u00e7in \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n ba\u015flat\u0131laca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcyoruz.&nbsp;\u00c7anakkale K\u00f6pr\u00fcs\u00fc projesinin a\u00e7\u0131klanmas\u0131yla birlikte b\u00f6lgede yo\u011fun bir taleple birlikte fiyatlarda da art\u0131\u015flar g\u00f6zlemliyoruz. Google aramalar\u0131na bakt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zda da g\u00fczergah\u0131n belirli oldu\u011fu d\u00f6nemde, arsa aray\u0131\u015flar\u0131n\u0131n artt\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve pandemi d\u00f6nemi sonras\u0131nda da art\u0131\u015f kaydetmeye devam etti\u011fi a\u00e7\u0131k bir \u015fekilde g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcyor.
