-T\u00fcrkiye’de konut sat\u0131\u015flar\u0131 2022 \u015fubat ay\u0131nda bir \u00f6nceki senenin ayn\u0131 ay\u0131na g\u00f6re y\u00fczde 20,1 art\u0131\u015fla 97 bin 587 oldu.<\/p>\n

– T\u00fcrkiye’de 2022 \u015fubat ay\u0131nda ipotekli konut sat\u0131\u015flar\u0131 bir \u00f6nceki senenin ayn\u0131 ay\u0131na g\u00f6re y\u00fczde 35,6 artarak 19 bin 888 oldu.<\/p>\n

– Yabanc\u0131 yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131lara yap\u0131lan konut sat\u0131\u015flar\u0131nda ise bir \u00f6nceki senenin ayn\u0131 ay\u0131na g\u00f6re y\u00fczde 54,9 art\u0131\u015fla 4 bin 591 oldu.<\/p>\n

T\u00dc\u0130K \u015eubat 2022 Konut Sat\u0131\u015f \u0130statistikleri\u2019nden yola \u00e7\u0131kan in\u015faat ve gayrimenkul sekt\u00f6r\u00fc temsilcilerinde <\/u>G\u00fcl G\u00fcl\/ Golden Sign Kurucu Orta\u011f\u0131, <\/u><\/em>konu ile ilgili \u015fu g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015flerde bulundu:<\/u><\/p>\n

Bu da bizlere ge\u00e7en senenin ayn\u0131 d\u00f6nemine g\u00f6re ciddi bir hareketlili\u011fin oldu\u011funu g\u00f6stermektedir. Ge\u00e7en Ocak ay\u0131nda t\u00fcm sekt\u00f6r\u00fc sevindiren hareketlilik 2022 \u015fubat ay\u0131nda da devam etti. Bir s\u00fcredir beklemede olan potansiyel konut al\u0131c\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131n konut almaya ba\u015flad\u0131klar\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fcld\u00fc. Konutta artan y\u00fcksek in\u015faat maliyetleri sebebiyle konut fiyatlar\u0131n\u0131n daha da artaca\u011f\u0131 art\u0131k biliniyor, t\u00fcketici bilin\u00e7li.
