{"id":38412,"date":"2022-03-07T13:32:31","date_gmt":"2022-03-07T10:32:31","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/emlaktuel.com\/?p=38412"},"modified":"2022-03-07T13:38:27","modified_gmt":"2022-03-07T10:38:27","slug":"istanbulda-santin-santim-kentsel-donusum-yapacagiz","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/emlaktuel.com\/?p=38412","title":{"rendered":"\u0130stanbul&#8217;da kentsel d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fc santim santim ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirece\u011fiz"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>\u00c7evre, \u015eehircilik ve \u0130klim De\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fi Bakan\u0131 Murat Kurum, \u0130stanbul\u2019da kentsel d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcme girmesi gereken 900 bin konutun bulundu\u011funu s\u00f6yleyerek \u201cSahada 140 bin konutun d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fcne devam etmekteyiz. \u0130stanbul\u2019u santim santim kentsel d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcmle d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcrece\u011fiz\u201d diye konu\u015ftu.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u0130stanbul&#8217;da G\u00fcng\u00f6ren Tozkoparan\u2019da, Emlak Konut eli ile, 4 etapta, 110 bin metrekare b\u00fcy\u00fckl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnde araz\u015fde 1399 konut ve 62 ticari \u00fcniteden olu\u015fan, toplam 1461 ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z birim b\u00f6lgeye kazand\u0131r\u0131lacak. \u00c7evre, \u015eehircilik ve \u0130klim De\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fi Bakan\u0131\u00a0Murat Kurum, proje kapsam\u0131nda yap\u0131lan birinci etapta yer alan evleri hak sahiplerine teslim ederken, 2. etap i\u00e7in ise temel atma t\u00f6renine kat\u0131ld\u0131.<\/p>\n<h2>Yeni konutlar yatay mimari ile in\u015fa ediliyor<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Temel atma t\u00f6reninde konu\u015fan Bakan Murat Kurum, yeni konutlar\u0131n yatay mimariyle in\u015fa edildi\u011fine de dikkat \u00e7ekerek \u015funlar\u0131 s\u00f6yledi:\u00a0<\/strong><em>\u201cBirinci etapta, 141 konut, 3 i\u015fyerinin anahtarlar\u0131n\u0131 hak sahibi karde\u015flerimize teslim ederken; 55 bin metrekare alanda 270 konut, 10 i\u015fyeri ve sosyal donat\u0131lardan olu\u015fan ikinci etab\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n temellerini hep birlikte at\u0131yoruz. \u0130n\u015fallah \u00e7ok k\u0131sa bir s\u00fcrede de temelini att\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z yap\u0131lar\u0131 tamamlayarak hak sahiplerine teslim edece\u011fiz. Tozkoparan, depreme haz\u0131r olacak, G\u00fcng\u00f6ren afetlere haz\u0131r olacak, gelece\u011fe emin ad\u0131mlarla y\u00fcr\u00fcyecek. Projede toplam 1461 ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z birim in\u015fa edilecek.\u00a0<\/em><em>D\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm siyaset \u00fcst\u00fc bir mesele.
