M\u0130A D\u0131\u015f\u0131-Asya\u2019daki bo\u015fluk oran\u0131 ayn\u0131 d\u00f6nemde y\u00fczde 19,1 olarak kaydedildi. 2021 senesinde \u0130stanbul\u2019da kiralama ve kurumsal sat\u0131n alma i\u015flemlerinin toplam\u0131 300.000 metrekare\u2019yi a\u015ft\u0131. 2020&#8217;deki i\u015flem hacmi 185.000 metrekare olup, i\u015flem hacmi art\u0131\u015f\u0131 bir \u00f6nceki seneden y\u00fczde 82 daha fazla oldu. Kapanan i\u015flemlerin y\u00fczde 26\u2019s\u0131, b\u00fcy\u00fckl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc 10.000-20.000 metrekare\u2019nin aras\u0131ndaki i\u015flemlerden olu\u015ftu. B\u00fcy\u00fckl\u00fckleri 5.000 ile 10.000 metrekare aras\u0131nda de\u011fi\u015fen ofis alanlar\u0131n\u0131n toplam hacme oran\u0131 ise y\u00fczde 14 oldu. Ofis alan b\u00fcy\u00fckl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fcn 1.000 ile 5.000 metrekare aras\u0131nda de\u011fi\u015fti\u011fi i\u015flemler toplam hacmin y\u00fczde 47\u2019siydi.
