Hisse adet ba\u015f\u0131 18,50 TL ile sat\u0131\u015fa sunulacak DAP Gayrimenkul Geli\u015ftirme\u2019nin sabit fiyatla talep toplama y\u00f6ntemi ile ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilecek halka arza 33 arac\u0131 kurumda arac\u0131l\u0131k edecek.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>DAP Holding i\u015ftirakleri olan DAP Gayrimenkul Geli\u015ftirme A.\u015e. hisseleri Garanti BBVA Yat\u0131r\u0131m konsorsiyum liderli\u011fi ile halka arz ediliyor\u2026 41 senelik ge\u00e7mi\u015fi ile, gayrimenkul sekt\u00f6r\u00fcne sembol eserler kazand\u0131rmay\u0131 ba\u015faran ve markal\u0131 konut sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde ciro \u015fampiyonu olan DAP Gayrimenkul Geli\u015ftirme\u2019nin halka arz\u0131nda, halka a\u00e7\u0131klma oran\u0131 y\u00fczde 15.01 gibi olurken, hisselerin de sat\u0131\u015f fiyat\u0131 18,50 TL belirlendi.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Fiyat istikrar\u0131 fonu 30 g\u00fcn\u00a0<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Garanti BBVA Yat\u0131r\u0131m\u2019\u0131n konsorsiyum lideri olnu\u015f oldu\u011fu halka arz, 15-16-17-18 \u015eubat 2022 tarihlerinde sabit fiyat ile talep toplama y\u00f6ntemi \u015feklinde olacak. Halka arz sonras\u0131 180 g\u00fcn boyunca sermaye art\u0131r\u0131m\u0131 yapmama ve yeni pay satmama taahh\u00fcd\u00fcnde bulunulurken, ayr\u0131ca paylar\u0131n borsada i\u015flem g\u00f6rmeye ba\u015flamas\u0131 itibari ile 30 g\u00fcn boyunca da Garanti BBVA Yat\u0131r\u0131m taraf\u0131ndan ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilecek fiyat istikrar\u0131 i\u015flemleri i\u00e7in 300 milyon TL\u2019lik fon olu\u015fturulmas\u0131 planlan\u0131yor. Olu\u015fturulmas\u0131 planlanan bu fon, halka arz\u0131n y\u00fczde 54\u2019\u00fcne denk gelmektedir.<\/p>\n<p>Y\u00fcksek sat\u0131\u015flar ve projeler geli\u015ftirme becerisine sahip olan firma, 41 senede edindi\u011fi tecr\u00fcbe ve sekt\u00f6rdeki g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc konumuyla \u015fehrin tam merkezinde ve do\u011fru lokasyonlarda, \u00f6zellikle \u00fcst seviye gelir grubundan al\u0131c\u0131lar\u0131n yo\u011fun talepler g\u00f6sterece\u011fi projelere odaklan\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>\u2018Sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 Ev&#8217;leri gayrimenkul sekt\u00f6r\u00fcne kazand\u0131rd\u0131\u00a0<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">DAP Gayrimenkul Geli\u015ftirme son olarak Emlak Konut GYO g\u00fcvencesi ve DAP vizyonu ile, \u0130stanbul Altunizade b\u00f6lgesinde Valideba\u011f Konaklar\u0131, \u00c7ekmek\u00f6y\u2019de Ormank\u00f6y ve Ni\u015fanta\u015f\u0131\u2019da Ni\u015fanta\u015f\u0131 Koru projelerine imza atm\u0131\u015ft\u0131. \u015eirket, bu sene teslimleri planlanan Ormank\u00f6y projesi ile T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de ilk defa \u2018Sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 Ev\u2019 konseptini sekt\u00f6re kazand\u0131rd\u0131. Yap\u0131m\u0131 devam eden Ni\u015fanta\u015f\u0131 projesiyle ise sa\u011fl\u0131kla l\u00fcks\u00fc bir araya getirerek, l\u00fcks tekne mant\u0131\u011f\u0131nda, ki\u015fiye \u00f6zel \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmlerin oldu\u011fu konutlar tasarlad\u0131.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>\u00dcretti\u011fi projeler ciro \u015fampiyonu\u00a0<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Sat\u0131\u015f rakamlar\u0131na bak\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 zamanda Ormank\u00f6y projesi; Emlak Konut GYO\u2019nun sene bazl\u0131 sat\u0131\u015f raporunda, 2020 senesi \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc \u00e7eyrek verilerine g\u00f6re 1 milyar 84 milyon TL sat\u0131\u015f ciro ile T\u00fcrkiye genelinde ciro \u015fampiyonu oldu. Ni\u015fanta\u015f\u0131 Koru projesi ise, yine Emlak Konut GYO\u2019nun 2021 senesi ikinci \u00e7eyrek sonu\u00e7lar\u0131na g\u00f6re 818 milyon TL ve 2021 y\u0131l\u0131 \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc \u00e7eyrek sonu\u00e7lar\u0131na g\u00f6re 1.4 milyar TL sat\u0131\u015fla ve 2021 senesinin tamam\u0131nda 1.8 milyar TL sat\u0131\u015fla ciro \u015fampiyonluklar\u0131na imza att\u0131.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>\u2018SA\u011eLIKLI EVLER\u2019\u0130 Levent&#8217;e getirecek\u00a0<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Ayr\u0131ca bunun yan\u0131s\u0131ra yeni yat\u0131r\u0131mlar i\u00e7in kollar\u0131 s\u0131vayan DAP Gayrimenkul Geli\u015ftirme\u2019nin, Emlak Konut GYO g\u00fcvencesi ile \u0130stanbul Levent\u2019te geli\u015ftirece\u011fi proje, b\u00f6lgenin en b\u00fcy\u00fck konut projesi olacak\u2026 Firma, bu dev arazinin 53 bin 500 metrekaresine konut geli\u015ftirecek. Geri kalan b\u00f6l\u00fcm ise okul ve koru alan\u0131 oluyor. Bu proje, koruya ve ye\u015fil alana kom\u015fu lokasyonu ile dikkat \u00e7ekiyor. \u0130stanbul\u2019un tam kalbinde, Levent b\u00f6lgesinin en b\u00fcy\u00fck projesi olan bu yeni yat\u0131r\u0131m, az katl\u0131 mimarinin en ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 \u00f6rneklerinden birini sergilerken bunun yan\u0131nda, do\u011fayla i\u00e7 i\u00e7e, country tarz\u0131 bir ya\u015fam sunuyor.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>%27 gibi bir iskonto ile b\u00fcy\u00fck bir f\u0131rsat sunuyoruz\u00a0<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>DAP Gayrimenkul Geli\u015ftirme\u2019nin tamamen markal\u0131 konut geli\u015ftiricili\u011fine odakl\u0131 bir firma oldu\u011funu s\u00f6yleyen DAP Holding Y\u00f6netim Kurulu Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Ziya Y\u0131lmaz, DAP Gayrimenkul Geli\u015ftirme\u2019nin hali haz\u0131rda geni\u015f bir portf\u00f6ye sahip oldu\u011funu dile getirerek \u015f\u00f6yle devam etti: \u201cBug\u00fcn T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de kentle\u015fme oran\u0131ndaki y\u00fckseli\u015f e\u011filimi, nitelikli konut ihtiyac\u0131, n\u00fcfus art\u0131\u015f\u0131, evlilikler, bo\u015fanmalar ve tek ba\u015f\u0131na ya\u015fama tercihi eden vatanda\u015flar nedeni ile her sene 700 bin konuta ihtiya\u00e7 duyuluyor. \u00d6zetle konut ihtiyac\u0131 s\u00fcrekli art\u0131\u015f e\u011filiminde\u2026 DAP Gayrimenkul dedi\u011fimizde; bug\u00fcn nitelikli ve sembol eserler \u00fcreten, proje geli\u015ftirdi\u011fi b\u00f6lgelere de\u011fer katan, finansal kredibilitesi y\u00fcksek, yabanc\u0131 yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131lardan ilgi g\u00f6ren bir \u015firketten s\u00f6z ediyoruz. Halka arz\u0131n\u0131 ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirece\u011fimiz DAP Gayrimenkul Geli\u015ftirme, 41 y\u0131ld\u0131r T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin nitelikli konut ihtiyac\u0131n\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131lamak i\u00e7in sembol eserler \u00fcretiyor. Levent\u2019ten sonra farkl\u0131 b\u00f6lgelerde de projelerimiz olacak. F\u0131rsatlar\u0131 de\u011ferlendiriyoruz. De\u011ferlendirmeye de devam edece\u011fiz. Bizler de bu noktada, \u015firketimizin y\u00fczde 15\u2019ini, y\u00fczde 27,2 gibi bir cazip bir \u0131skonto oran\u0131yla halka arz ediyoruz.
