Buna g\u00f6re Ocak \u2013 Aral\u0131k 2021 d\u00f6neminde sat\u0131\u015f\u0131 ger\u00e7ekle\u015fen konut say\u0131s\u0131 1 milyon 491 bin 856 olurken yabanc\u0131 yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131 bu rakam i\u00e7inde 58 bin 576 konut ile yer ald\u0131. Mars Investment\u2019\u0131n \u0130cra Kurulu Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Hakan Bucak, sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn seneyi a\u00e7\u0131klad\u0131klar\u0131 rakamlarla kapand\u0131\u011f\u0131na dikkat \u00e7ekerek; \u201c2022 y\u0131l\u0131nda m\u00fccbir sebepler olmaz ise yabanc\u0131 yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131ya konut sat\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131n 60.000-70.000 band\u0131nda ger\u00e7ekle\u015fmesini bekliyoruz. Bunun sonucunda \u00fclkeye 10 ila 12 milyar dolar aras\u0131nda direkt d\u00f6viz giri\u015fi \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fcyoruz\u201d dedi.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>\u0130n\u015faat taraf\u0131nda ya\u015fanan ve y\u00fczde 48\u2019leri a\u015fan maliyet art\u0131\u015flar\u0131na da dikkat \u00e7eken Hakan Bucak, \u201cMaliyetlerdeki art\u0131\u015f nedeniyle gayrimenkul \u015firketleri yat\u0131r\u0131m ikileminde kal\u0131yor. Banka konut kredi oranlar\u0131nda y\u00fckselme trendinde oldu\u011funu d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcr isek sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn spek\u00fclatif fiyatlamadan \u00f6t\u00fcr\u00fc b\u00fcy\u00fck sorunlar ya\u015fayabilir.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">T\u00fcrkiye \u0130statistik Kurumu (T\u00dc\u0130K) verilerine g\u00f6re Ocak \u2013 Aral\u0131k 2021 d\u00f6neminde toplam 1 milyon 491 bin 856 konutun sat\u0131\u015f\u0131 ger\u00e7ekle\u015fti. \u0130n\u015faat maliyetlerindeki art\u0131\u015f, hammadde sorunu ve arz\u0131n talebi kar\u015f\u0131layamamas\u0131 gibi problemler sekt\u00f6rde dura\u011fanl\u0131\u011fa neden olsa da yabanc\u0131 yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131ya konut sat\u0131\u015f\u0131nda ya\u015fanan pozitif tablo sekt\u00f6r\u00fc k\u0131smen canl\u0131 tuttu.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Yabanc\u0131lar\u0131n ilgisi 2022 y\u0131l\u0131nda da devam edecek<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sat\u0131\u015f rakamlar\u0131n\u0131 de\u011ferlendiren ve gelecek projeksiyonlar\u0131 \u00fczerine a\u00e7\u0131klamalarda bulunan\u00a0<strong>Mars Investment \u0130cra Kurulu Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Hakan Bucak,<\/strong>\u00a0\u201c2021 y\u0131l\u0131 sekt\u00f6r i\u00e7in olduk\u00e7a verimli bir sene oldu. 2020 y\u0131l\u0131na g\u00f6re toplam konut sat\u0131\u015f\u0131nda y\u00fczde 0,5 bulan kay\u0131plar ya\u015famam\u0131za ra\u011fmen sekt\u00f6r dinamizmini korudu.
