Sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn 2021 y\u0131l\u0131n\u0131 de\u011ferlendiren Silta\u015f Yap\u0131 Y\u00f6netim Kurulu Ba\u015fkan Yard\u0131mc\u0131s\u0131 Murat \u00d6zdemir, 2022\u2019ye dair hedeflerini ve \u00f6n\u00fcm\u00fczdeki d\u00f6nemde yeni projelerini hayata ge\u00e7ireceklerinin bilgisini verdi.<u><\/u><u><\/u><\/i><\/b><\/p>\n<p>Pandemi ve d\u00f6viz kurunda ya\u015fanan y\u00fckseli\u015fin etkisiyle bir\u00e7ok sekt\u00f6r gibi zor g\u00fcnler ge\u00e7iren in\u015faat sekt\u00f6r\u00fc t\u00fcm etkenlere ra\u011fmen 2021 y\u0131l\u0131n\u0131 toparlanma y\u0131l\u0131 olarak geride b\u0131rakt\u0131. T\u00fcrk ekonomisinin lokomotif sekt\u00f6rlerinden biri olan in\u015faat sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde kente de\u011fer katan yenilik\u00e7i projeleriyle dikkat \u00e7eken Silta\u015f Yap\u0131 da y\u0131l\u0131 yeni proje haz\u0131rl\u0131klar\u0131 ile kapatt\u0131. 2021 y\u0131l\u0131n\u0131 de\u011ferlendiren\u00a0<b>Silta\u015f Yap\u0131 Y\u00f6netim Kurulu Ba\u015fkan Yard\u0131mc\u0131s\u0131\u00a0<a rel=\"noreferrer\" name=\"m_-2728876501762646357_m_-5683180501237694691__Hlk92287091\"><\/a>Murat \u00d6zdemir<\/b>,\u00a02022\u2019ye dair hedeflerini a\u00e7\u0131klad\u0131.<u><\/u><u><\/u><\/p>\n<h2><b>Sekt\u00f6r\u00fcm\u00fcz normalle\u015fme s\u00fcrecine girdi, 2022\u2019den \u00e7ok umutluyuz<\/b><u><\/u><u><\/u><\/h2>\n<p>2021 y\u0131l\u0131nda mevcut projelerinin sat\u0131\u015flar\u0131n\u0131 ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirdiklerini belirten<b>\u00a0Murat \u00d6zdemir<\/b>, s\u00f6zlerine \u015f\u00f6yle devam etti; \u201c2021 y\u0131l\u0131nda bir \u00f6nceki y\u0131la k\u0131yasla sekt\u00f6r baz\u0131nda normalle\u015fme s\u00fcreci h\u0131zland\u0131. Ancak d\u00f6viz kurlar\u0131nda ya\u015fanan y\u00fckseli\u015f maliyetleri art\u0131rarak t\u00fcm sekt\u00f6rleri oldu\u011fu gibi in\u015faat sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fc de olumsuz etkiledi. Ya\u015fanan t\u00fcm etkenlere ra\u011fmen T\u00fcrk in\u015faat sekt\u00f6r\u00fcne olan inanc\u0131m\u0131z tam. 2022\u2019de sekt\u00f6r\u00fcm\u00fcz ad\u0131na \u00e7ok umutluyuz. Silta\u015f Yap\u0131 olarak bu d\u00f6nemde biz mevcut projelerimizin sat\u0131\u015f\u0131na odakland\u0131k. Yan\u0131 s\u0131ra bir s\u00fcredir g\u00fcndemimizde olan yeni projelerimizin altyap\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131 h\u0131zland\u0131rd\u0131k. 2022y\u0131l\u0131nda yeni projelerimiz en \u00f6nemli \u00f6nceli\u011fimiz olacak.\u201d<u><\/u><u><\/u><\/p>\n<h2><b>\u0130nsana odakl\u0131 ve de kente de\u011fer katan yap\u0131lar in\u015fa ediyoruz<u><\/u><u><\/u><\/b><\/h2>\n<p>Silta\u015f Yap\u0131 olarak i\u015f d\u00fcnyas\u0131ndaki 40 seneye a\u015fk\u0131n k\u00f6kl\u00fc ge\u00e7mi\u015fin \u0131\u015f\u0131\u011f\u0131nda 2011 y\u0131l\u0131ndan itibaren in\u015faat sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde faaliyet g\u00f6sterdiklerini belirten\u00a0<b>\u00d6zdemir<\/b>, \u201c\u0130nsan odakl\u0131 ve kente de\u011fer katan yap\u0131lar in\u015fa eden bir \u015firket olarak bug\u00fcne kadar a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131kl\u0131 olarak; Pendik, Kartal, Maltepe aks\u0131nda i\u015f merkezlerinin yan\u0131 s\u0131ra Silta\u015f, Silta\u015f Mavi Park, Nova park, Silta\u015f Teras Park, Silta\u015f Flora Park,\u00a0Silta\u015f Safir Park ve\u00a0Silta\u015f Marina gibi \u00e7ok say\u0131da yeni nesil konut projesini hayata ge\u00e7irdik.
