Projenin in\u015faat a\u015famas\u0131, depreme dayan\u0131ks\u0131z binalar\u0131n y\u0131k\u0131lmas\u0131yla ba\u015flat\u0131ld\u0131.\u00a0Bu kapsamda Mehmet Akif Ersoy Mahallesi, \u015eehit Osman Sokak\u2019ta yer alan depreme dayan\u0131ks\u0131z 32 bina ve 122 ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcn y\u0131k\u0131m\u0131 tamamland\u0131.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2><strong>Hilmi T\u00fcrkmen:\u00a0<\/strong><strong>T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin en b\u00fcy\u00fck kentsel d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm projesini hayata ge\u00e7irdik<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><strong>\u00a0\u0130stanbul\u00a0<\/strong>\u00dcsk\u00fcdar\u2019da yapt\u0131klar\u0131 \u00c7aml\u0131ca Camii \u00c7evresi Kentsel D\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm Projesi\u2019nin T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin en b\u00fcy\u00fck kentsel d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm projesi oldu\u011funu vurgulayan<strong>\u00a0<\/strong><strong>\u00dcsk\u00fcdar Belediye Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Hilmi T\u00fcrkmen, \u201c<\/strong>3 etap halinde devam eden ilk etab\u0131n\u0131n teslimlerini hak sahiplerine yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z projemizin devam\u0131 olan 2. ve 3. etap in\u015faatlar\u0131m\u0131z devam ediyor. Kirazl\u0131tepe\u2019deki d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm projemiz tamamland\u0131\u011f\u0131nda toplamda 180 bin metrekarelik bir alan\u0131 d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcrm\u00fc\u015f olaca\u011f\u0131z. B\u00f6ylece yakla\u015f\u0131k 2 bin ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc vatanda\u015flar\u0131m\u0131za teslim edece\u011fiz. Bu d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fcn 2. ana aya\u011f\u0131n\u0131 Mehmet Akif Ersoy, K\u00fcpl\u00fcce ve Ferah Mahallelerimiz olu\u015fturuyor. B\u00f6lgede 31 ayr\u0131 parselde, yakla\u015f\u0131k 500 bin metrekarelik bir alanda b\u00fcy\u00fck d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm ba\u015flat\u0131yoruz. \u0130stanbul\u2019da en b\u00fcy\u00fck kentsel d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm bu alanda ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftiriliyor. Yakla\u015f\u0131k 800 bin metrekarelik bir alan\u0131 d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr\u00fcyoruz. \u0130\u015f alanlar\u0131yla birlikte 7 bin adet ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z b\u00f6l\u00fcme imza ataca\u011f\u0131z. Bu alanlar\u0131n t\u00fcm maliyeti kamu taraf\u0131ndan kar\u015f\u0131lanacak. T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin ba\u015fka bir yerinde b\u00f6yle avantajl\u0131 bir d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm yoktur. Projemizin 2. etab\u0131n\u0131n ilk a\u015famas\u0131n\u0131 bug\u00fcn ba\u015flat\u0131yoruz. 5 parselden toplam 85 bin metrekarelik alandan olu\u015fan bu b\u00f6l\u00fcm i\u00e7in 32 bina ve 122 ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcn y\u0131k\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 tamamlad\u0131k. Bu b\u00f6l\u00fcmde 150 bina var. 150\u2019nin 5\u2019te 1\u2019ini y\u0131k\u0131yoruz. \u0130lerleyen a\u015famalarda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131m\u0131z devam edecek. Bu proje ile vatanda\u015flar\u0131m\u0131za tarihi bir f\u0131rsat yarat\u0131yoruz. Vatanda\u015flar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 bir an \u00f6nce bu f\u0131rsattan yararlanmaya davet ediyoruz.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Bakanl\u0131k yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131ndan 4\u2019te 1 pay al\u0131n\u0131yor<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Hayata ge\u00e7irilen kentsel d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm projesinin \u0130stanbul i\u00e7in \u00f6nemine de\u011finen<strong>\u00a0Hilmi T\u00fcrkmen,\u00a0<\/strong>\u201c\u00c7evre, \u015eehircilik ve \u0130klim De\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fi Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131\u2019n\u0131n \u0130stanbul\u2019da 20 milyar civar\u0131nda kentsel d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm projesi devam ediyor. Bu yat\u0131r\u0131m\u0131n 4\u2019te 1\u2019ini bu proje al\u0131yor. \u00c7aml\u0131ca Camiimizin eteklerinin bize yak\u0131\u015f\u0131r \u015fekilde bir mimari vizyon kazanmas\u0131, camiimize ve vatanda\u015flar\u0131m\u0131za yak\u0131\u015f\u0131r bir duruma d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015fmesi i\u00e7in \u00e7aba sarf ediyoruz. Hi\u00e7bir vatanda\u015f\u0131m\u0131z asla ma\u011fdur olmam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.
