Ekim\u2019de y\u00fczde 47,5 olan ilan fiyat\u0131ndaki y\u0131ll\u0131k art\u0131\u015f oran\u0131 Kas\u0131m\u2019da y\u00fczde 58,9 oldu. B\u00f6ylece, ge\u00e7en y\u0131l\u0131n ayn\u0131 d\u00f6neminde 3.460 TL olan T\u00fcrkiye geneli ortalama sat\u0131l\u0131k konut ilan m2 fiyat\u0131 5.499 TL&#8217;ye ula\u015ft\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130lan sat\u0131\u015f fiyatlar\u0131 \u00f6nceki aylarda oldu\u011fu gibi y\u00fckseli\u015fine devam ederek Kas\u0131m\u2019da da ge\u00e7en y\u0131l\u0131n ayn\u0131 ay\u0131na g\u00f6re b\u00fct\u00fcn b\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehirlerde artt\u0131. Ge\u00e7en aya g\u00f6re reel sat\u0131\u015f fiyatlar\u0131ndaki art\u0131\u015f oran\u0131 \u0130stanbul\u2019da 13, Ankara\u2019da 6,2, \u0130zmir\u2019de ise 5,3 puan artt\u0131 ve \u0130stanbul\u2019da \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fclen art\u0131\u015f oran\u0131 di\u011fer illerdekine g\u00f6re daha belirgin bir y\u00fckseli\u015f g\u00f6sterdi. Konut piyasas\u0131ndaki canl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00f6l\u00e7en, sat\u0131lan konut say\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n toplam sat\u0131l\u0131k ilan say\u0131s\u0131na oran\u0131 \u0130stanbul&#8217;da y\u00fczde 9,1\u2019den y\u00fczde 12,9\u2019a, Ankara\u2019da y\u00fczde 9,3\u2019ten y\u00fczde 14\u2019e, \u0130zmir\u2019de ise y\u00fczde 7,9\u2019dan y\u00fczde 11,5\u2019e y\u00fckseldi. Kas\u0131m itibariyle ortalama m2 fiyat\u0131n\u0131n en y\u00fcksek oldu\u011fu \u00fc\u00e7 il\u00e7e s\u0131ras\u0131yla G\u00f6lba\u015f\u0131, \u00c7ankaya ve Etimesgut olurken, en d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck m2 fiyat\u0131 ise K\u0131z\u0131lcahamam, Beypazar\u0131 ve Polatl\u0131 il\u00e7elerinde g\u00f6zlemlendi.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>En y\u00fcksek kira art\u0131\u015f\u0131 Antalya\u2019da, en d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck \u00a0kira art\u0131\u015f\u0131 ise Mardin\u2019de g\u00f6r\u00fcld\u00fc<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00dclke genelinde hesaplanan kira fiyatlar\u0131ndaki y\u0131ll\u0131k art\u0131\u015f oran\u0131 bir miktar yava\u015flasa da Kas\u0131m\u2019da da y\u00fckselmeye devam etti. B\u00f6ylece, ortalama kiral\u0131k konut ilan m2 fiyatlar\u0131 \u0130stanbul\u2019da 38 TL\u2019ye, Ankara\u2019da 18 TL\u2019ye, \u0130zmir\u2019de ise 25 TL\u2019ye y\u00fckseldi.
