Emlakjet verilerine g\u00f6re ayr\u0131ca T\u00fcrkiye genelinde kiral\u0131k konutlar\u0131n ortalama fiyat\u0131 ayl\u0131k y\u00fczde 25, y\u0131ll\u0131k y\u00fczde 67 artarken, sat\u0131l\u0131k konutlar\u0131n fiyat\u0131 ise ayl\u0131k y\u00fczde 5, y\u0131ll\u0131k olarak ise y\u00fczde 35 y\u00fckseldi.<\/p>\n<p>Okula d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f d\u00f6nemi ve y\u00fckselmeye devam eden konut fiyatlar\u0131 etkisi ile kiral\u0131klara artan talep sat\u0131l\u0131klara artan talebin \u00fczerinde y\u00fckselmeyi s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fcrken, \u0130stanbul \u2018dan sonra Antalya da y\u0131ll\u0131k kiral\u0131k art\u0131\u015f oranlar\u0131nda 2 kat art\u0131\u015f seviyesine yakla\u015ft\u0131. \u0130stanbul\u2019da kiralar aydan aya artmaya devam ederek eyl\u00fcl ay\u0131nda da y\u00fczde 20 art\u0131\u015f g\u00f6sterdi. \u0130stanbul\u2019da y\u0131ll\u0131k kiral\u0131k fiyat art\u0131\u015f\u0131 seviyesi y\u00fczde 140\u2019a ula\u015farak fiyatlar\u0131n bir y\u0131l \u00f6ncesine g\u00f6re yakla\u015f\u0131k 2,5 kat\u0131na geldi\u011fini i\u015faret etti.<\/p>\n<h2>\u00a0<strong>Ayl\u0131k ve y\u0131ll\u0131k sat\u0131l\u0131k konut fiyat art\u0131\u015f\u0131nda \u0130stanbul liderli\u011fi b\u0131rakm\u0131yor<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Bursa\u2019da bir s\u00fcredir hareketlenme g\u00f6stermeyen kiral\u0131k fiyatlar Eyl\u00fcl ay\u0131nda ise ortalama %34 artarak en \u00e7ok konut aranan iller aras\u0131nda ayl\u0131k kiral\u0131k fiyat de\u011fi\u015fiminde liderli\u011fe oturdu. Y\u0131ll\u0131k sat\u0131l\u0131k fiyat de\u011fi\u015fiminde ise \u0130stanbul y\u00fczde 46 art\u0131\u015f, Antalya y\u00fczde 40 art\u0131\u015f ve \u0130zmir y\u00fczde 35 art\u0131\u015f ile ilk \u00fc\u00e7 s\u0131rada yer ald\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Eyl\u00fcl ay\u0131nda en \u00e7ok konut aramas\u0131 yap\u0131lan ilk be\u015f il aras\u0131nda \u0130stanbul y\u00fczde 25\u2019lik oran ile birinci s\u0131radaki yerini korurken, \u0130zmir y\u00fczde 10 ile \u0130stanbul\u2019u takip ederken, ard\u0131ndan Ankara (y\u00fczde 8), Antalya (y\u00fczde 5) ve Bursa (y\u00fczde 4) geldi.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>\u00c7ankaya, en \u00e7ok konut aramas\u0131 ve kiral\u0131k fiyat de\u011fi\u015fimde ilk s\u0131rada<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Emlakjet verilerine g\u00f6re, eyl\u00fcl ay\u0131nda da en \u00e7ok konut aramas\u0131 yap\u0131lan il\u00e7e ge\u00e7ti\u011fimiz ay \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc s\u0131rada yer alan Ankara\u2019n\u0131n \u00c7ankaya il\u00e7esi oldu. \u00c7ankaya\u2019da y\u00fczde 138 oran\u0131nda y\u0131ll\u0131k kiral\u0131k art\u0131\u015f fiyat\u0131 dikkat \u00e7ekerken, en \u00e7ok arama yap\u0131lan ikinci il\u00e7e ise \u0130zmir Buca oldu. \u00dc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc s\u0131rada ayl\u0131k kira de\u011fi\u015fimi y\u00fczde 13 ile \u0130stanbul ortalamas\u0131n\u0131n olduk\u00e7a alt\u0131nda kalan Beylikd\u00fcz\u00fc il\u00e7esi olurken, d\u00f6rd\u00fcnc\u00fc s\u0131rada Konya\u2019dan Sel\u00e7uklu ve be\u015finci s\u0131ray\u0131 ise Esenyurt ald\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Ankara\u2019n\u0131n \u00c7ankaya il\u00e7esi en \u00e7ok konut aramas\u0131 yap\u0131lan il\u00e7e olmas\u0131n\u0131n yan\u0131 s\u0131ra sat\u0131l\u0131k ve kiral\u0131k konutlarda ayl\u0131k ve y\u0131ll\u0131k fiyat de\u011fi\u015fimlerinde de liderli\u011fe oturdu. Ayl\u0131k sat\u0131l\u0131k fiyat de\u011fi\u015fiminde y\u00fczde 11 ve y\u0131ll\u0131k sat\u0131l\u0131k fiyat de\u011fi\u015fiminde y\u00fczde 49 ile di\u011fer il\u00e7elere fark atan \u00c7ankaya, ayl\u0131k ve y\u0131ll\u0131k kiral\u0131k fiyat de\u011fi\u015fimde en y\u00fcksek oranda fiyat art\u0131\u015f\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fclen il\u00e7e oldu.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Kiral\u0131k fiyatlar\u0131 artt\u0131k\u00e7a, farkl\u0131 il\u00e7elere ta\u015f\u0131nma talebi de art\u0131yor<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Sat\u0131l\u0131k fiyatlar\u0131ndaki art\u0131\u015f\u0131n h\u0131z kesmemesi ile eyl\u00fcl ay\u0131nda kiral\u0131k trendi toplam aramalar i\u00e7inde y\u00fckselmeye devam ederken, konut arayanlar\u0131n y\u00fczde 47\u2019si kiral\u0131k, y\u00fczde 53\u2019\u00fc ise sat\u0131l\u0131k konut arad\u0131. Sat\u0131l\u0131k konut arama trendi nisan ay\u0131ndan bu yana y\u00fczde 60\u2019tan y\u00fczde 53\u2019e d\u00fc\u015ferken, kiral\u0131k konut arama trendi ise y\u00fczde 40\u2019tan y\u00fczde 47\u2019ye y\u00fckseldi.<\/p>\n<p>Kiral\u0131k konut aray\u0131\u015f\u0131ndaki art\u0131\u015f ile birlikte, \u00f6zellikle b\u00fcy\u00fcr \u015fehirlerde y\u00fczde 100 seviyelerine ula\u015fan kiral\u0131k art\u0131\u015f\u0131 ile birlikte Emlakjet kullan\u0131c\u0131lar\u0131na y\u00f6nelik \u00f6zel bir de ara\u015ft\u0131rma ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirdi.
