Emlakjet verilerine g\u00f6re ise\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0konut arayanlar\u0131n yakla\u015f\u0131k yar\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 kiral\u0131k arayanlar olu\u015fturdu. Bu oran 2020 genelinde %63 sat\u0131l\u0131k %37 kiral\u0131kt\u0131. Di\u011fer yandan, y\u00fcz y\u00fcze e\u011fitim karar\u0131n\u0131n a\u00e7\u0131klanmas\u0131 ve \u015fehre d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f ile birlikte konut talebi canlan\u0131rken, T\u00fcrkiye geneli y\u0131ll\u0131k konut fiyat art\u0131\u015f\u0131 sat\u0131l\u0131k konutta y\u00fczde 31, kiral\u0131k konutta ise y\u00fczde 33 oldu. Y\u0131ll\u0131k sat\u0131l\u0131k fiyat de\u011fi\u015fimi s\u0131ralamas\u0131nda y\u00fczde 40 art\u0131\u015fta \u0130stanbul ba\u015f\u0131 \u00e7ekti ve y\u0131ll\u0131k kiral\u0131k fiyat de\u011fi\u015fimi ise y\u00fczde 105\u2019e ula\u015ft\u0131.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Emlakjet\u2019in a\u011fustos ay\u0131nda ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirdi\u011fi \u00f6zel \u015eehre D\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f ara\u015ft\u0131rma dosyas\u0131 ise \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n y\u00fczde 42\u2019inin tamamen ya da haftan\u0131n bir b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcnde evden \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 ortaya koydu. Ocak-A\u011fustos d\u00f6nemine bak\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda ise konut sat\u0131\u015flar\u0131 ge\u00e7en y\u0131l\u0131n ayn\u0131 d\u00f6nemine g\u00f6re y\u00fczde 22 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fc\u015f g\u00f6sterdi.<\/p>\n<p>Okula d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f d\u00f6nemi ve y\u00fckselmeye devam eden konut fiyatlar\u0131 etkisi ile kiral\u0131klara artan talep sat\u0131l\u0131klara artan talebin \u00fczerinde artmaya devam ederken, kiral\u0131k trendi a\u011fustos ay\u0131nda y\u00fczde 47 seviyesine geldi. Konut arayanlar\u0131n yakla\u015f\u0131k yar\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 kiral\u0131k arayanlar olu\u015ftururken, bu oran 2020 genelinde y\u00fczde 63 sat\u0131l\u0131k ve y\u00fczde 37 kiral\u0131k olarak s\u0131ralan\u0131yordu.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>\u00c7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n 3\u2019te 1\u2019i tamamen ofisten \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yor<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Emlakjet her ay farkl\u0131 bir konuyu \u00f6zel olarak ara\u015ft\u0131r\u0131rken, a\u011fustos ay\u0131nda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma d\u00fczenini mercek alt\u0131na ald\u0131.
